Nadal shared some of her wellness secrets to Paparazzi.com. She says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. Now I'm on vacation with my friend Josefina, we came to celebrate her birthday in Arraial, at the Orlanova hotel, and I train the same, every day, but shorter and looking for a way around it because I don't t have a gym.The idea is to do different workouts every day, so that the body reacts much better and doesn't get used to just one thing.”

Nadal tells Paparazzi.com that she has started using the keto diet. “I am basing my diet on the ketogenic diet, which is about eating all foods low in carbohydrates and high in fat and protein,” she starts. “When you train, the body produces ketosis and uses that fat to generate mental and physical energy. That is why it is sought not to consume carbohydrates, because they do not burn. If you consume carbohydrates and high-fat foods on top, you will gain weight because ketosis does not occur. Since I've been doing it, I feel like I perform much better in training.”
3. She Became More Aware Of Herself
Nadal tells Paparazzi.com that one of her biggest wellness secrets is having more awareness when it comes to working out and eating. “I have been going to the gym for four years to really train and not to socialize,” she explains. “What happens is that until a month ago the plan in my head was to go to the gym and do the typical diet. I began to be aware of myself, because all the time I was like there, waiting for a time to be fine, other times not so much. I felt like my body was doing shit to me and I was going crazy. What I do I feel that it can be taken as a type of food and not as a diet, dieting often leads to failure because you can't stand it. It's like being vegan or vegetarian if you want, I mean that you have a way of eating. I look at what I eat, I greatly lowered the amount of alcohol. Before, on weekends it was pizza with beer. Not now.”
4. She Works With A Trainer
Nadal, like many, works with a personal trainer to keep herself in shape. “I am training in Bigg, who has a variety of training and is what has worked the most for me so far,” she tells Paparazzi.com “I train with Ignacio Alsogaray, he is a teacher who knows bocha. I spend between an hour and an hour and a half six times a week, plus an hour of yoga. I rest on Sunday, nothing else.”
5. She Works Her Legs
