1. Everything In Moderation
Jossa doesn’t restrict any food groups, even when she’s being careful about her diet. “I’m having some time off at the moment. Usually, I watch what I eat,” she says. "But we have moved recently and we’ve been so busy. Plus, we didn’t have a kitchen for a while, so I’ve got out of the routine but I will get back on it. Sometimes it’s good to allow yourself to just eat what you want. When I do watch what I eat, I still have chips and bread and sugar, it’s just all in moderation."
2. Salmon and Broccoli

Jossa loves healthy yet delicious lunches such as salmon and broccoli, one of her go-tos. “Oily fish plays an important role in dampening the effects of inflammation, which is key to helping manage a number of chronic diseases, including diabetes and cancer,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “Studies suggest that eating more oily fish like salmon could help lower levels of the markers that indicate inflammation.”
3. Confidence In Herself

Jossa focuses on her happiness, not dress size. “I'm confident no matter what size I am,” she says. “I've always been a really confident person because I don't think that comes from how you look - it’s more about how you feel and treat other people and how comfortable you are in your own skin. I just wear things that are super flattering for me. I don't care enough what other people think of me."
4. Chicken and Brown Rice

Jossa enjoys chicken and brown rice with mushrooms for a balanced dinner. “Brown rice contains fiber and protein, both known to have a satiating effect and contributing to a lower glycaemic index (GI) than that of white rice,” says registered nutritionist Kerry Torrens. “This means the carbs supplied by a portion of brown rice are converted to energy more steadily. For this reason, opting for brown rice over white helps reduce blood glucose and fasting insulin levels. All of which stabilizes energy levels, prevents cravings and may help with weight management.”
5. Family Support
Jossa says she relies on the support of her friends and family to stay happy and confident, especially from husband Dan Osborne. “He’s always been like that and he always says the right things,” she says. “He doesn’t care whether I’ve got an eight-pack. He hates it when I’ve gone on strict diets. He’s like: ‘Babe, come on, don’t kill yourself over it’.”
