Jossa is all about body positivity. And so is her husband, Dan Osborne. She tells Metro that Osborne encourages her to not be too obsessive when it comes to her health and wellness. “He hates it when I’ve gone on strict diets. He’s like: ‘Babe, come on, don’t kill yourself over it.’ He makes me feel so confident all the time.”
2. She Paddleboards

Jossa spends a lot of time outside. Her Instagram is full of photos of herself doing outdoor activities with her loved ones. One thing she likes to do is go paddleboarding. Jossa recently went on a lake trip with her family, and shared some paddleboarding photos. She shared these highlights, captioning them, “A day with my best friends. Cousins.”

Jossa briefly went through a period of being body-shamed. However, she tells The Sun that the ordeal made her want to feel more confident in herself. "You feel ‘I don’t need to be a size 8’," said the star. "I can be happy with how I look. Ultimately when I’m naked and in sexy underwear, I feel like a 10/10.”

Jossa opened up about her wellness routine to Heatworld. She says that she always makes time for herself to relax. "I would definitely put the phone away, watch a film maybe, definitely have a bath, exfoliate, smother myself in all the oils, moisturisers, body creams, hair mask, face mask, tan, you name it, absolutely everything."
5. She Uses A Facial Mist

Jossa has amazing skin. She tells Heatworld that one of her secrets is using a facial mist.
