Cargill is a professional wrestler, which keeps her in good shape. She tells Muscle And Fitness that she is always learning new techniques and forms of wrestling. “Right now, I’m actually getting more in-tune with British wrestling and prior to this I didn’t have much knowledge of it, and how different the style is but also how technical it is, so I’m learning all of that right now and trying to fit it into my form of wrestling. It’s a blessing, I’m very thankful.”

He talked about ‘90s babies not being able to live without social media. This was to Daniel Garcia, myself, and a couple of other people. I was born in 1992. I was around when the beeper was around, and landlines. I can live without social media. He went on my phone to see how many hours I’m on my phone a day. It was something ridiculous. He said he only spent an hour a day on his phone. I felt kind of embarrassed. He said, ‘Why don’t you get rid of one of your social media [feeds] for a little bit? Let’s see where your numbers go from there.’ He said to pick the most toxic app. I thought Twitter. I deleted it.”

She captioned the post, “The best feeling.” "Are you ready to take the plunge and try a new fitness activity? How about water exercise? Also known as aquatics, water exercise is one of the best non-impact fitness activities around and just about anybody can participate. 2. She Got In Shape For Love Island

Before making her debut on the show Love Island, Brown made sure to get in shape. She broke down her process to The Sun. “I hired a personal trainer for weight training, then would spend the rest sweating away on the treadmill,” she explained.

3. She’s Comfortable With Herself

Being in the public eye, Brown has had to deal with body shaming. However, she tells The Sun that she is confident in herself, despite all the comments. “What the shamers need to realize is that there's a difference between someone who is unhealthy and overweight, and someone who's just a normal size,” she said. “I'm perfectly fit and happy now — just as I was before Love Island.”

1. Her Goal? Strength

#IMDboat At San Diego Comic-Con 2022: Day ThreeMichael Kovac/Getty Images

Jade has always been focused on being strong. “I’ve been in sports all my life, so I’ve been attracted to bodybuilding forever,” Jade told Muscle and Fitness. “I watched [WWE female legend] Chyna when I was growing up, and I was muscular growing up. I would get picked on because of how built I was and seeing her embody her presence, it made me love myself and say: ‘You know what? I love my body and I want to get stronger.’”

2. She Makes Herself “Love” Fitness

TBS's AEW Dynamite Los Angeles Debut After PartyLeon Bennett/Getty Images

One way Jade improves strength and conditioning is loving exercise. “I had a crazy conditioning coach named Todd Moyer, I mean he was ridiculous,” laughs Cargill. “And what do you do when you get in trouble, and you play basketball? You run! So, I just switched my mindset to love running, getting in there and working out,” she told Muscle and Fitness.

3. She Stays Away From Social Media

2022 Comic-Con International: San Diego - Cosplay And General AtmosphereFrazer Harrison/Getty Images

On 411mania.com, Jade revealed that social media keeps her from performing at her very best. "I love that people just assume the worst. Bryan Danielson and I were in training. He talked about '90s babies not being able to live without social media. This was to Daniel Garcia, myself, and a couple of other people. I was born in 1992. I was around when the beeper was around, and landlines. I can live without social media. He went on my phone to see how many hours I'm on my phone a day. It was something ridiculous. He said he only spent an hour a day on his phone. I felt kind of embarrassed. He said, 'Why don't you get rid of one of your social media [feeds] for a little bit? Let's see where your numbers go from there,'” she said. “He said to pick the most toxic app. I thought Twitter. I deleted it."

4. She Works Out A Lot

#IMDboat At San Diego Comic-Con 2022: Day ThreeVivien Killilea/Getty Images

"You have to put in the work," she says. "I do two-a-days, four days a week. I don't just put the work in at the gym, but in the ring as well. I'm new, and he knew that and knows that. I've probably had four matches in the last five or six months. That is not a lot at all, but I'm in the gym when waiting to be called to have a match. I'm growing," Jade told 411mania.com.

5. She Disconnects From Her Wrestling Persona

“I am a very laid-back, chill person. If I get upset with you, I'm going to talk to you like I talk to my kid. I'm not going to yell and be in your face and veins popping out, that's not me. So I'm getting into this character. And again, it takes years to get comfortable in the skin,” Jade told CBS Sports. "It's the way you handle things. Me being a psychologist, I can be cocky and I can do all that and I can come at home and peel the skin off and be myself and be the goofy laid-back Jade that I am. Then I step outside and I put on my shades and the cover and the face mask or whatever you want to call it, the skin and be Jade Cargill. So it depends on the person. Some people can handle it and some people can. It's about what you do with it for sure."

1. She Works Hard

Cavadzade opened up about her life and career in an interview with Women’s Fitness. She says that working out and working hard are things that are important to her. Cavadzade says that this also sets her apart. “I think I am one of the fittest women of my generation. This is actually an extension of my hardworking production.”

2. She Wants To Empower Women

Cavadzade was asked about her image in her Women’s Fitness interview. She says that she wants to use it as a way of empowering others. “I love this image. Because this is the dress I prefer to wear, the jacket! But it's completely 'Is this really your prose?' If you say no, it's not. Because I just like this image. Thanks to this image, I both give myself strength, overcome my fears, and also think that I empower women. As long as they don't misunderstand me and they're not angry.”

3. She’s Comfortable With Herself

Cavadzade is all about having self-confidence. In her Women’s Fitness interview, she was asked if she ever got self-conscious. She answered “no”, and encouraged others to develop the same attitude. “It never happens! As women, we are so cornered about being attractive. Almost every moment of us is self-censorship. That's why for me, a woman who has not been forced to hide her charm, is a stance to be proud of."

4. She Gets Some Sun

Sunshine is a great source of vitamin D. "You can get vitamin D in a variety of ways, including:

  • Sun exposure on your skin (however, people with darker skin and older people may not get enough vitamin D through sunlight. Your geographical location may also prevent adequate vitamin D exposure through sunlight).
  • Through the food you eat.
  • Through nutritional supplements," says the Cleveland Clinic.

5. She Remains Chill

"I embrace more of who I am now. I am peaceful, happy and calm," she told Hello. "Once you've learned which situations affect your self-esteem, notice your thoughts about them. This includes what you tell yourself (self-talk) and how you view the situations," says the Mayo Clinic. "Your thoughts and beliefs might be positive, negative or neutral. They might be rational, based on reason or facts. Or they may be irrational, based on false ideas."

1. This is How She Lost the Weight

“So I've recently lost abit of weight- it's not quite the overnight miracle everyone on social media seems to think it is- it's been happening gradually over the last year through an amalgamation of things & much to everyone's disappointment I'm sure- there's no great big secret to how I did it. I got my contraceptive out my arm after 15years which had a huge impact on my body & also I got the worlds most energetic Pup- who we love DEARLY but needs to be walked between 2-3 hours daily 😂 So there you have it, I'm sorry I can't flog you a transformative pill or workout but you're all lush as you are anyway so please stop being so hard on yourselves ♥️,” she captioned the photos.

2. She is an Advocate for Women

ITV Palooza 2019 - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

“Although most people have been really kind about my new bod- there have been quite a lot of nasty comments with people even going as far to say they only liked me before when I was, in their words, an advocate for curvy women,” she wrote. “Listen, I am an advocate for WOMEN full stop. Whatever your shape, whatever your size- & the only reason I started doing my 'Instas versus reality' in the 1st place was to show everyone that we are all capable of taking a good picture for the gram- & we shouldn't be comparing our beautiful bodies to anyone else's- especially not someone else's carefully curated Social media ones.”

3. She Says There’s a Difference Between Posed vs. More Relaxed

National Television Awards 2020 - VIP ArrivalsDave Benett/Getty Images

“If I want to stretch up, put my hands behind my head & suck my tummy in- The end result is going to be this first pic. However if I relax, allow gravity to do its thing & stop trying so hard.. my body moves (Spoiler alert, all bodies move & I quite like my squishy tummy- it's where my pizza lives 😂) the end result is more like this second one,” she explained of the photos. “These posts were only ever meant to encourage all of us to stop beating ourselves up or comparing our bodies to the super posed & unrealistic ones on social. It's ok to want posed pics or more relaxed ones- to let it all hang out or want to go balls to the wall.”

4. She Says It’s Not OK to Tear Women Down

Sex & the City Apartment Pop-Up LaunchMike Marsland/Getty Images

“The only thing that isn't ok is telling another woman how YOU think she should look. Instead of tearing other women down, we should be building each other up... We're all beautiful in our own unique way & trust me, we're all capable of getting a sick pic for Insta 😂” she concluded.

5. She Sets Goals, and You Can, Too

Vicky Pattison attends the launch of Puttshack, Bank inPhil Lewis/Getty Images

“I write out my goals for the week as well as how I plan to achieve them,” Pattison has said. “Eating healthier sounds like a good idea. But what does it really mean? Aim for specific goals instead, such as eliminating soda, eating five servings of vegetables a day or limiting your daily sugar intake to 30 grams of added sugar,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Losing 10 pounds a week sounds great. But it's an impossible goal that likely will leave you discouraged — and more likely to give up on your efforts. Choosing realistic goals that you can meet will reinforce your efforts and keep you moving forward. Losing one pound per week is a realistic and sustainable goal.”

Dani Elle Speegle in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Just a Girl and Her Barbell"

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper in Two-Piece Workout Gear Cheers on "Consistent Actions"
Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly.
