Now I can just look at food and feel it go straight to my hips,” she wrote. “I'm bigger than I've ever been my whole life. I was *super insecure* when I first gained weight ... but, I didn't want to let life pass me by while I was trying to lose weight. Jamie regularly shares about self-love and body positivity in her Instagram posts. "We all have body hair, stretch marks, cellulite, and rolls," Otis wrote in a recent one. "Wear the suit and go enjoy yourself."
2. She Does Cleanses
Jamie recently went on a cleanse. “Today I am cutting out gluten😭, dairy😭, alcohol😭, and extra sugars😭😭😭 bc my skin has been so red and dry. I bruise easily & that eczema on my eyelids hasn't gone away with creams,” she wrote. “I'm also promising myself that I'll sweat it out one way or another every👏🏼single👏🏼day👏🏼 for the next 30 days.” She added that she knows “there's no magic potion or lotion to fix an issue that's within - ya gotta get to the root of the problem & that is clearly nutrition and gut health.💯Sooooo, 30 days from now I hope to be stronger, mentally stable (like, not so anxious & easily depressed), and just over all HAPPIER☺️❤️....and maybe pregnant.”

Jamie also goes running. “I *dreaded* going for this run today, but I did it!!🙌🏼 It really helps me fight those negative thoughts in my head.👏🏼 I am taking back my LIFE!” she wrote. “If you can't shake the feeling of sadness (gah, i feel like this is me daily & it makes no sense bc I know I'm so blessed!) I'm telling ya - turn on Rachel Platten's Fight song and go for a walk/run/bike ride - anything that will get your endorphins up. It *truly* helps kick those negative feelings.”
4. She Jet Skis
Jamie stays active on vacation by jet skiing. “As the jet ski tipped us over, I frantically grabbed him so fast and lifted him as high as I could!” she wrote about a jet skiing session with her son.
