She Brings Workout Gear With Her On The Road

Kramer is a singer, which means that she has to go on tour a lot of times. While you'd think this might cause her to skip workout days, you'd be wrong. Kramer told HollywoodLife that she takes gear with her while she's touring, so she can keep up her workouts while touring. "I bring workout stuff with me on the road, so I have weights, I have some resistance bands, and I also have some boxing gloves. So my daughter, when she goes down for a nap, I usually box in front of my mirror."

In addition to bringing fitness gear with her, Kramer says that she finds other ways to workout while she's on tour. She says that she likes to go outside to local parks and does her exercises there. "I also like to find if there are any parks around and go work out at a playground. You need any kind of bench to do step ups, [for example]…you have to be creative when you are on the road!"

Kramer has a fantastic set of legs, which means that she does a lot of lower body exercises. She tells HollywoodLife that even if she hates certain leg exercises, she still does them. "I love doing lunges but what I despise doing (which my trainer always has me do because they are so good for your legs) are jumping lunges! They exhaust me like crazy but they are insanely good. I am always like, 'Noooo! I don't want to do those!' but then do you want good legs or do you not want good legs? So I usually give in!"

When it comes to her diet, Kramer says that she believes in moderation. She says that she still enjoys her indulgences once in a while, mainly while she's touring, but doesn't over indulge. "On the road, it's really hard to eat good because you're having catered food and a lot of the times it's fried chicken," she told Shape. "So I have to indulge in the fried chicken every once in a while, because it's good. But I'm not having fried chicken every day."

She Says "You Are Enough"

In a revealing Instagram post, Kramer opened up about her past abusive relationships. She says that she is working to heal from her previous traumas, and is practicing self-love. Kramer wrote, "For years I've repeated patterns, fallen into the trap of believing those voices, hurting myself and hurting others because of my desire to be chosen, to be enough. And I've fallen for the same abuse in a relationship because it's what I thought I deserved. My healing…your healing…our healing is to stop those negative voices. Now is the time to grow, learn, HEAL, and love ourselves. We are enough. You are enough. I am enough. 'I'm done with voices in my head'… Let's choose to believe the positive voices."
