She Makes Time For Herself
Kramer says that her me-time is extremely important to her. She tells NewBeauty.com that she always makes time for herself, even with her family and busy schedule. "I try to set aside at least an hour for myself every day, even when I get busy. I also think it's important to do something that you love, which is why I decided to do Dancing with the Stars."
She Enjoys Working Out
Kramer tells NewBeauty.com that she loves to work out, and makes time for some exercise as often as she can. "Fitness is a huge passion of mine. It keeps me healthy and energized for all that I have going on! Hiking, squats, planks and running are just a few of the ways I keep myself in shape."
She's Conscious About Her Diet
In addition to working out, Kramer also eats a healthy diet. She tells NewBeauty.com that her trainer, Erin Opera, made her be conscious of what she chooses to put in her body. "I've learned that it's not just about working out; it's what you put in your body too. You have to take care of your overall lifestyle with eating, stress, etc. and find a balance."
She Loves To Run
One of Kramer's favorite ways to stay in shape is by going for a run. She tells WomensRunning.com that she loves to run as a way to both work out, and clear her mind. "It's the time when I let the thoughts come in and then release them," she says. If I'm out on the trails, I like running with no music at all. If I'm on a treadmill and having a rough time, I listen to Eminem's 'Till I Collapse' over and over."
She Motivates Herself
While Kramer loves to go for runs and work out, she does admit that it can be hard for her to get through. Kramer tells WomensRunning.com that she stays positive and motivates herself to keep going, whenever she feels like she can't do any more. "I have such a love-hate relationship with running. The first 15 minutes, I hate it. I have to tell myself, 'You're fine. You can do this.' After I get past that first 15 minutes, though, I feel like I can run forever."
