"Working out for me is my sanity…Even just going for a walk, that is a place where I come back and I'm like, 'I feel good, I feel balanced,'" Jana told Us Weekly. "Working out is 100% how I stay level."
2. She Loves to Run
Jana loves to run for exercise. “Run done. Feels good to be back at it after taking time off during movie. I feel better after running it out. Good for the soul. Also, Deodarant [sic] lines for the win,” she captioned a recent Instagram snap.
3. She Does HIIT Workouts

Jana is one of the many Nashville based stars that trains with Erin Oprea. Her workouts are a mix of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and Tabata circuits and strength training exercises. “Don’t be scared of weights — weights make pretty muscles,” Oprea told Us.
4. She Eats Clean
In a recent Instagram photo, Jana was eating a salad with grilled salmon. “I contribute so much of it to her eating,” Oprea told Us, revealing that her client is a “clean eater.” She recently dished to The New Potato about her average eating day. “Two eggs over easy with some avocado toast and fresh squeezed OJ. I’m not much of a lunch girl, but I snack throughout the day – apples, cottage cheese, carrots and hummus, almonds…I’m always snacking. I love a good hearty dinner: Salmon with risotto or a strip steak and a sweet potato with a kale salad,” she said.
