The life advice Seymour gave her followers in her most recent Instagram photo was how to live life with no regrets. She says that she has gone through a lot of struggles with replaying scenarios in her head, but she has learned to move past it. "It's often easy for us to get into our own heads about anything and everything, isn't it," she wrote. "We replay scenarios in our minds and constantly think of things we could have done differently. Whenever I find myself starting down that path I remember the saying: look forward with hope and not backward with regret."

For Seymour, age isn't something to be insecure about. In fact, she says that she's a lot more comfortable with herself as she's gotten older. She said in an interview with Playboy, "There's an enormous freedom in having lived as long as I have. Like my father used to say, I'm comfortable in my own skin. I feel much sexier now than I ever did when I was younger."

Seymour told Closer that she is a fan of weightlifting, however, she opts for a special form of it. "I do a special workout they call The Perfect Workout … which is very, very slow weightlifting. It's very, very slow. You only do 20 minutes twice a week. I notice a huge difference when I do it. Each exercise you do, you do it to fatigue so your whole body starts shaking."

She Doesn't Diet

Seymour told Closer that when it comes to her diet, she doesn't believe in restricting herself too much, or depriving herself. She says that this outlook helps her eat healthy. "Everything in moderation, which, of course, is the hardest thing. Me telling myself I'm on a diet never works. Me saying, 'Okay, I'm going to have a bite of this cake but I don't need the whole cake,' that's how it works."

Seymour not only gets to enjoy a healthy diet, she also gets to spend time in the sun and a form of exercise. Gardening is very hard work, and it is a great way to stay in shape.
