Actress Janhvi Kapoor is on vacation. And she is doing a lot of different things. Kapoor shared some highlights on Instagram. 1. She Isn’t Focused On Losing Weight

Kapoor opened up about her wellness routine and approach to Femina. She says that she isn’t concerned with weight loss, but rather staying healthy. “For me, health and fitness are more about strengthening my core, burning calories, and eating right. I workout to keep myself energised and in shape, contrary to the idea of getting leaner. The focus should be on your overall health when you are exercising instead of just achieving the ideal body type.”

Kapoor makes sure to eat healthy. She broke down her meals each day to Femina. “I start my day with a spoonful of ghee. This is something I have been doing for years now. I am proper Punjabi, so my breakfast is parantha with curd along with some fresh fruits and juices. Then for lunch, I prefer to have two gluten-free rotis with a dish like methi dal or bhindi masala. For dinner, I prefer to eat a light meal of dal or sauteed veggies.”
3. She Still Indulges

While Kapoor does eat healthy, she also doesn’t mind indulging. “Cheat days happen once a week,” she revealed to Femina. “And that is when I love bingeing on ice-cream. Besides that, I love to eat one or two things out of the junk foods that I can’t on regular days. Pizzas, chocolates, cheese nachos, and fries are my usual cheat day indulgences.”
4. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Kapoor revealed her favorite workouts to Femina. She likes to do a variety of things to stay in shape. “Most of my time is spent in doing cardio or weightlifting workouts,” Kapoor says. “I like to spend at least an hour doing yoga three times a week as it helps to balance and energise my brain. Besides the gym and yoga, I also have activities like swimming and jogging in my weekly routine. My all-time favourites are Pilates and yoga. I also enjoy taking anti-gravity challenges. These are some of the exercises that make the workout so much more fun, and I eagerly look forward to doing them.”
5. She Works Out On A Regular Basis
Kapoor’s trainer, Namrata Purohit, opened up about the actress’ fitness regime to Vogue. Purohit says that Kapoor enjoys working out, and works out consistently. “Janhvi genuinely loves working out,” she says. “And she chooses to keep up with her fitness routine by training and staying active during holidays. Similarly, if she has to prepare for a role, she follows the set plan during vacations as well.”
