She Drinks Water in the AM

Hydration is a priority for Janhvi. According to Times of India, she starts her day with a few glasses of water, with the intention that it will help flush the toxins from her body. The Mayo Clinic recommends this minimum daily intake of water:

  • Women — 11.5 cups
  • Men — 15.5 cups

She Does a Lot of Pilates

Janhvi is a big fan of pilates. Her Instagram is filled with photos of herself engaging in the elongating workout, often using a reformer. "Sometimes when I fall asleep I still hear @namratapurohit saying 'go slow' in my dreams," she captioned these images, referencing her pilates trainer, Namrata Purohit. "Pilates may sound intimidating, but it's an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility. Janhvi workouts out with personal trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, doing high intensity interval training. The star shares lots of Instagram Stories of their workout sessions. In one of them, she trained with dumbbells and battle ropes and also did squats and pushups.

She Maintains a Healthy Diet

According to the Times of India, Janhvi isn't very strict when it comes to her diet but focuses on portion control and filling her plate with a lot of lean meals, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. She also drinks veggie juices. She will often bring meals with her to shoots that she herself prepared.

She Eats Dinner at Least Three Hours Before Bedtime

Janhvi does not eat late at night, according to Times of India. She eats a light dinner at least three hours before going to bed. Some of her go-to meals include vegetable soup, boiled veggies, grilled fish, or daal. Lentils are an important part of a diet.
