1. She Works With A Trainer

Harman revealed some of her weight loss secrets in an interview with Closer. She says that she likes to work with a personal trainer, Sally Rutland, to help her stay healthy. “Sally got in touch and badgered me to take part. It was just 30 minutes of exercise a day online. She knew I’d been avoiding her and making excuses, but she persuaded me and told me I could do it. I could have drowned my sorrows in another bottle of wine and a pizza after seeing the scales, but having someone behind me felt like the first step.”
2. She Changed Her Diet

Harman revealed that she made a lot of lifestyle changes to help herself lose weight. She tells Closer that she is focusing on her diet and eating healthy. “Getting up earlier is easier when you haven’t been drinking. I’ve lost a few pounds, and I’m starting to see my cheekbones again. I’ve been making better choices with snacks, cutting down on bread and reducing some of my portion sizes.”
3. She Uses Vitamins

In her Instagram story, Harman revealed that she is taking vitamins and detoxing to help with her bloating. She posted photos showing her results. "I can't believe the results I've had in just 10 days with the Detox and Debloat JS Health Vitamins," she wrote. "I noticed a difference after one day, but look at the difference after 10 days. The photo speaks for itself."
4. She Swims
Harman loves to spend time in the water as a way to stay in shape. She posts a lot of photos of herself swimming on Instagram. She shared this photo of herself and her family in the water for her husband’s birthday. She also posted these photos of herself in the ocean, captioning it, “Who else is looking forward to a swim in the sea soooon? I can’t wait to get back on location, and take the kids with me this time! Where is your favourite place to take a dip?”

Harman writes that her approach to wellness is extremely important, and she always tries to have a good mindset. "It’s easy to slip into a downward spiral of depressive thoughts & lethargy when the world seems to be falling apart. Mindset is everything."
