Jasmine Harman is best known for her work on the series A Place In The Sun. And she’s currently in a place in the sun, according to a recent Instagram post. Harman shared a new selfie from the Canary Islands of Spain. In it, she wore a red swimsuit, looking gorgeous. She captioned the post, “Perks of the job. Post work dip last week in Fuerteventura. Don’t hate me.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Jasmine Harman stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Meditates

Harman opened up about her wellness during the lockdowns to YourHealthyLiving.co. She says that she likes to practice meditation. “I have a couple of meditation apps on my phone that I’ve found to be so beneficial. When we went into the first lockdown and the kids were home all the time I felt like I was busier than ever and it was quite stressful. It was a bit overwhelming just not being able to do simple things like take the kids to the park. So, listening to meditation really helped me to switch my brain off and just stop for a minute. It also really helped with my sleep.”

2. She’s Vegan

Harman is open about being vegan. She opened up about her decision to YourHealthyLiving.co. “I first thought about going vegan when I became a mum. I was vegetarian anyway and I had toyed with the idea of going vegan, but I didn’t ever think that I could live without cheese. Then, when I began to do some research into the dairy industry, what I found out was horrific. Cows are forced to become pregnant after artificial insemination and their babies are taken away from them shortly after birth. The babies are eaten or used as dairy cows themselves. And after four or five years, dairy cows don’t produce as much milk so are sent off to become cheap meat. I realised there was no way that I could live with myself if I continued to consume dairy. So I signed up for the first ever Veganuary challenge in 2014 as a participant and I haven’t looked back since.”

3. She Loves Fitness Classes

Harman likes to go to classes to keep herself in shape. She tells YourHealthyLiving.co, “I used to be a fitness instructor and so I’ve always loved exercise classes. I really enjoy things like dance, step, boxercise and body combat. But since lockdown happened I’ve struggled to get motivated. I really like the social aspect of doing group exercise classes, and I love having a routine to learn as that gives your brain a workout too. I can’t wait till I can get back and do my classes again.”

4. She Swims

Harman spends a lot of time in the water. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself swimming. She shared this video of herself running into the ocean, captioning it, “Thanks to a brilliant team this week! What a lot of emotions, culminating in a fantastic result!! Bravo. Time to celebrate with a dip in the sea!” Harman also posted this set of photos of herself in the pool. She captioned that, “Lovely post work dip in the pool with the munchkins! ‘I could get used to this!’ What is your favourite A Place in the Sun catchphrase?”

5. She’s All About Self Love

Harman is a big believer in self-love. She tells YourHealthyLiving.co, “My top tip for healthy living would be to love yourself. We all go through times when we are motivated to eat healthily and exercise, then go through other times when we have different priorities in life. Stressing over being healthy will not make you healthy.”

Jadyn Jannasch is heating up social media with her latest swimsuit snaps. The gorgeous blonde, rumored girlfriend of Dallas Cowboys star Dak Prescott, shows off her incredible figure while on a boat in one of her latest posts. “Yours,” she captioned the steamy snap. Who exactly is the gorgeous influencer and how does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 things to know about Jadyn Jannasch including how she stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Swims

The primary way that Jannasch stays in shape is by swimming. In high school, she lettered four years at Frisco High School in Dallas where she is from, and was named First Team State all of those years. She has been swimming at LSU for three years and specializes in breaststroke, per her LSU bio.

2. She Prioritizes Her Education

Jadyn might show off her booty, but she also takes care of her brain. The star athlete will be entering her senior year in the fall and majoring in mass communications.

3. She Has a Swimming Buddy – Her Brother

Jadyn clearly grew up with a workout buddy. Her brother, Jack, was also a swimmer at LSU. She says that “the amazing atmosphere, coaches, and the extreme want to be able to swim on the same team as her brother,” is one of the reasons she chose the school. “Last time on the block… and in the water 🥹! Sooo proud!” her father captioned a video of her brother earlier this year.

4. She Models on the Side

Jadyn obviously knows how to pose for the camera. While swimming and getting an education might be her top priority, she also shares modeling photos on the side.

5. She Loves the Hot Tub

In her latest social media posts, Jadyn soaks up the attention of her followers in a hot tub on a boat. Soaking in hot water can help you sleep and even help with minimizing anxiety and depression. One recent study found that baths, which are virtually the same things as jacuzzis, may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

1. She Doesn’t Pay Attention to Numbers

Measuring,Tape,On,Jeans,On,A,Pink,Background.,Waist,Measurement.Shutterstock

Jasmine doesn’t care about the number on her clothing label. “I don’t mind what size I am. I honestly couldn’t tell you my jeans size because I haven’t worn them in forever. I’m in activewear all the time because that’s what I’m comfortable wearing daily,” she told Fox News. “I’ve been different sizes over the years. I was extremely tiny at some point, still healthy, but very small in the eyes of a lot of people,” she continued. “Now that I’m older – I’ve been in the industry for over 15 years – I feel like I’ve made a pretty nice name for myself. I know how to maintain the weight that I’m at or lose at a healthy rate. But more importantly, I want to make sure I'm feeling my best self mentally. So I would tell girls to embrace your curves. Feel good about yourself, no matter what size you are. I work out to feel good and experience life. I want to feel comfortable in the skin that I’m in. And it doesn’t matter what the measuring tape says.”

2. She Works Out

Jasmine mixes up her workouts. “I definitely try to do faster cardio in the morning just to get it out of the way. And then if I can, I’ll do some type of activity outside, like jump rope. But I also focus a lot on my legs like squats, lunges, and mountain climbers,” she told Fox News. “I also have a StairMaster. But if I’m not doing that, I go on a bike ride down the beach. I also like meeting up with friends to work out right before a shoot because I want to prepare myself mentally more than anything.”

3. Her Diet Is Healthy

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - November 17, 2022Gotham/GC Images

Jasmine tries to focus her meals around protein, most of the time. Her cheat meal? “I love crab legs and crab boils. I have a friend who makes amazing crab boils and he delivers them to my house. I like my pasta. I’ve been loving burgers lately and I’m not really a burger girl,” she told Fox News. “But I try to balance it out throughout the day. If I eat something like a burger, then I’ll have my salads and get some grains in. I think moderation is key.”

4. She Takes ACV Shots

Glamour Women Of The Year Awards 2022 – ArrivalsLia Toby/WireImage

Jasmine maintains that “leading up to a swimsuit shoot, I definitely eat healthily. I take my vitamins. I do apple cider vinegar in the morning.” Why ACV? “For me, I just feel like it helps with my digestive system. I feel better after a couple of days of taking it. A lot of my friends can’t drink it and hate the taste of it *laughs*. I like to add a little bit of water and lemon to make it taste a little better. But I don’t taste it anymore,” she added.

5. She Does Pilates

Jasmine maintains that modeling isn’t easy. “I don’t think a lot of people know there’s a lot of work that comes into doing these shoots. You have to be strong enough to hold these positions for a long time. You’re popping your body and contorting it in a certain way,” she told Fox News. “I find Pilates really helpful, especially when you’re modeling and holding poses for a long time. At the end of a shoot, your body gets really tired and you’re exhausted. And for some shoots, you have to do that for two, three days in a row. It can be a lot on your body. But I also love stretching after a shoot. It’s all about finding ways to keep moving and staying active throughout your day.”

Trampoline workouts are a pretty popular form of fitness now. And Peña is a big fan of them. She posted this reel on Instagram of herself doing different trampoline workouts. In it, she is seen using hand dumbbells, squats, and side kicks. She captioned the reel, “He trains hard.”

2. She Works Out Her Lower Body

Peña makes sure to work out her lower body. She even has a set of lower body workout equipment in her home. She posted this reel of herself using her equipment on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing squats, sitting up and sitting down, and lunges. “Less muscle means greater weakness and less mobility, both of which may increase your risk of falls and fractures. A 2015 report from the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research found that people with sarcopenia had 2.3 times the risk of having a low-trauma fracture from a fall, such as a broken hip, collarbone, leg, arm, or wrist,” says Harvard Health.

3. She Stays Hydrated

Peña makes sure to stay hydrated. She posts a lot of photos on Instagram of herself drinking water. She posted this photo of herself enjoying a glass of water in a wine glass. She captioned the photo, “It's hottttt babbbbbbbbbbbbbyyyyy.”

4. She Weight Trains

Peña does a lot of weight training exercises to stay in shape. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself using a hand dumbbell. She captioned the post, “It’s Tuesday and you train the same way baby. There are no excuses.” “A study in the July 2017 issue of European Geriatric Medicine showed an association between increased upper-body and lower-body muscle strength and a greater ability to receive, store, and process information among older adults with an average age of 66,” says Harvard Health.

5. She Swims

Peña loves to spend time by the water. She has posted a lot of photos on Instagram of herself at the beach or pool. She posted this reel of herself diving in a pool. She captioned the post, “Final pool.”

Stefanía Roitman, the designer, actress and model from Simona, is enjoying the Springtime sun—in her own brand of swimwear. “Blanca como el/la __________ > me enorgullece y me hace feliz lo que estamos creando junto a #MyHappySquad,” she captioned a new photo of her in a swimsuit. Read on to see 5 ways Stefanía Roitman stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Soaks Up the Vitamin D

Roitman is often in the sun. “Many older adults don't get regular exposure to sunlight and have trouble absorbing vitamin D. If your doctor suspects you're not getting enough vitamin D, a simple blood test can check the levels of this vitamin in your blood,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Taking a multivitamin with vitamin D may help improve bone health. The recommended daily amount of vitamin D is 400 international units (IU) for children up to age 12 months, 600 IU for people ages 1 to 70 years, and 800 IU for people over 70 years.”

2. She Does Squats

Roitman does squats to stay fit. “Domingo con actitud de lunes por? el final me describe 👍🏻,” she captioned one video. “To do a squat, stand with your feet slightly greater than shoulder-width apart and your toes pointing ahead. Slowly descend, bending through the hips, knees and ankles. Stop when your knees reach a 90-degree angle. Then return to the starting position. You'll feel tension in your legs and buttocks,” Nicole Campbell tells the Mayo Clinic.

3. She Works With TRX Bands

Roitman adds resistance to her training using TRX suspension bands. “Suspension trainers provide an inexpensive, complete full-body workout and use minimal space. Most trainer’s kit comes with a set of bands along with foot anchors and handles to accommodate different exercises. These resistance exercises help you develop flexibility, balance, strength, and joint stability all at the same time. Anyone can use TRX systems,” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. She Hits the Punching Bag

Hitting the punching bag is a good way to relieve stress, like any physical activity. “Physical activity may help bump up the production of your brain's feel-good neurotransmitters, called endorphins. Although this function is often referred to as a runner's high, any aerobic activity, such as a rousing game of tennis or a nature hike, can contribute to this same feeling,” says the Mayo Clinic.

5. She Swims

“Swimming uses all the muscles in the body so whether you swim a gentle breaststroke or hammer butterfly, you will get a full body workout. Plus, exercising in water makes your body work harder so 30 minutes in a pool is worth 45 minutes of the same activity on land,” says Swimming.org. “Just 30 minutes of swimming three times a week alongside a balanced, healthy diet and lifestyle is one of the best ways to stay fit and healthy and maintain a positive mental outlook. Do it with friends, and it’s even more fun!”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
