During an Instagram video, Jean revealed that she lost 8 pounds in a single month by ditching booze and animal products. "So Dry January is done as is veganuary which I really enjoyed. Giving up meat wasn’t too much of a problem for me. I have missed dairy; cheese, butter, chocolate but it really hasn’t been that bad and I have to tell you the benefits,” she said. “Honestly my skin’s really cleared up, I can see my cheekbones. My gut health is amazing.I’m sleeping really well. "I don’t know whether that’s a result of not eating meat or not drinking but I’ve really enjoyed this month and I’m actually going to continue with a plant-based diet and not drinking. So I’m going to go for 90 days and who knows I might continue for the year. I’ve also lost eight pounds which is amazing. I’ve been going to the gym as well. It’s just encouraged me to lead a bit of a healthier lifestyle and be a bit more present."

Jean tries to avoid social media. “I can’t be too invested in social media. It’s there, I dip in and out when I want to and I’m very in control of that,” she told The Sunday Post. “And I want to keep it that way. I can’t imagine what it’s like when you lose that control. I think I’m just the type of person that would step away. If I’m being honest, I like to be liked – I’ve always been like that since I was a kid. So, when people don’t like me, it gets to me. I don’t care if people criticise what I’m wearing, but when people come for you as a person, or dislike you for who you are, that does get to me. If more focus comes on me and my personal life as my career grows, I would have to step away from social media more. I’m not willing to go down that path. It’s dangerous,” she continued. “I’m glad success has come to me at the age I am now. If I was 20 I don’t think I could cope with cyber-bullying, judgement, nastiness. I don’t know how I would have navigated that, I really don’t. Now, I see it for what it is – it only exists in a handset, that’s what I have to remind myself.”
4. She Rides Horses
Jean loves riding horses. “I’m just utterly in love with Daisy. Riding along Benone beach was so beautiful,” she captioned a photo of a ride on the beach in Ireland. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
5. She Exercises
Jean exercises for physical and mental health. “I find my mental health is so much better when I feel good physically. When I give myself an hour at the gym, it’s a bit like meditating because it’s the place where I can switch off,” she told The Sunday Post. “Running is the thing that focuses me, and a half-marathon before I’m 40 would be another item ticked off my bucket list.
