1. She Fuels Up in the Morning

In a video for Harper’s Bazaar, Jen detailed what she eats in a day. “I love breakfast. It’s my favorite meal of the day,” she said. Her favorite breaky? Eggs. “I always like to switch up my eggs,” she said. Some days she will eat plain eggs and others she “will go crazy,” concocting creative scrambles with onion, tomato, spinach, mushroom, organic brown eggs (two whites and one full egg) with cheese and cooked with olive oil. She will also mash up some avocado on the side for healthy fats and added protein.

2. She’s All About Moderation

Jen refuses to diet. “I’m all about moderation,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I eat really healthy. I don’t drink alcohol. I love chocolate. I love cheese. I have two cheat meals a week. If I'm craving something I am going to eat it.” Two of her go-to cheat meals? Chicken parm and penne alla vodka.

3. She Exercises

Obviously, fitness is a big part of Jen’s life and she gets in her exercise sessions early in the morning. She works out 30-40 minutes after eating. “It’s my favorite part of my day,” she says in the video. Remember: "Exercise — particularly morning exercise — can be challenging if you're dehydrated, which can happen when you're not drinking enough water throughout the day on a routine basis. In fact, if you're dehydrated and not well fed from the previous day (or days) and you exercise before breakfast, you probably won't have enough energy for an enjoyable, effective workout," says Harvard Health.

4. She Relies on Meal Delivery Service

Jen orders packaged meals from Eat Clean Bro, a meal delivery service specializing in clean eating. The packaged meals help her eat healthy despite her busy lifestyle.

5. She Cooks Her Own Meals

Jen tries to cook most of her meals. However, since she lives in New York City, she does enjoy dining out on occasion. An average dinner she might cook would be an avocado and tomato salad with marinated salmon, which she bakes in the oven. “Growing up I didn’t know much about health and nutrition,” she says during the video. “I love eating healthy because when I eat healthy I feel good. I’m energized, I feel good. When I eat like [badly], I feel like [badly].”

1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

“HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY ✨ Today is a day where we can celebrate us. I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you. Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person. None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind 🤍 This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you,” she wrote once.

2. She Was Once “Unhealthily Skinny”

"I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them,” she wrote on Instagram. "The point of this [is], since coming out of Love Island, I found my love for food again and yes I’m getting back to my usual size."

3. She Likes a Nice Bath

“Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned one recent photo. Consider adding Epsom salt. “Pour about 300 grams (1.25 cups) of Epsom salt into a clean bathtub as it fills with hot water. (Avoid using Epsom salt in a tub with jets, a hot tub or a whirlpool bath unless the manufacturer says it’s OK.),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. This is Her Skin Icon

"At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use,” she has said. Her icon? "Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural."

5. She Has Had Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible. I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow,” she told Hello.

American Pickers star Danielle Colby is sharing one of her favorite hobbies with fans: underwater swimming. Colby posted a photo of herself along with a quote by David Lynch, looking serene in a two piece swimsuit. “Meditation is to dive all the way within, beyond thought, to the source of thought and pure consciousness. It enlarges the container, every time you transcend. When you come out, you come out refreshed, filled with energy and enthusiasm for life,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Colby stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Swim

Colby is an accomplished underwater swimmer. "Every time I go for a swim I feel like the earth and my incredible swim colleagues have enabled me to have experienced something pretty amazing," says Dr Jenny Martin, a physician and clinical pharmacologist at the University of Newcastle. "You get a release of hormones that make you feel good, like the molecules that are in morphine drugs, and other feel-good hormones like serotonin, dopamine. After an ocean swim in winter, you sometimes get a temporary natural high when you get out … definitely a euphoric feeling."

2. Paddle Boarding

Colby shares her adventures with paddle boarding on her social media. “I had a breakthrough today with @rinconpaddleboards I have never been able to root myself properly for longer duration. I could get up but it didn’t last long,” she says. “Damiano took the time during our private lesson to break down every detail of what’s happening on the board, in the water and in my body and how to respond for more stability. I have a long way to go and needs to stay lower and work on arm placement but I felt so happy with today’s lesson🎉 I always Learn so much.”

3. She’s a Dancer

Colby is a professional dancer, something she says changed her life from day one. “I discovered Burlesque in Chicago quite some time ago, years and years ago- I was addicted from the first show,” she says. “There’s something very empowering about Burlesque. I started learning right away, I started performing way too soon! There’s some great video footage to prove that. But it’s all been a really fun journey, even watching old videos, it’s cool to see how much more at ease I am with myself and with my audience. But it’s funny, I have maintained the same lumbering stance since I started. There’s nothing delicate about me on stage, I just throw my guts out there and then I walk away and let people sort out what they saw.”

4. Mental Health and Confidence

Colby says giving back to the community is one of the best ways to gain happiness and confidence. “My advice, for what it’s worth… If you’re trying to gain or regain confidence, don’t do it through Burlesque,” she says. “Help in your community, educate yourself, travel, find where your real strength lies.”

5. Embracing Her Unique Looks

Colby is famous for her many tattoos, something she considers a “storyline” for her life. “I don’t think I took collecting tattoos seriously at first,” she says. “I mean my first tattoo was an LBT tribal tramp stamp of a butterfly…Ha! I have definitely acquired some more impressive tattoos since then but I collect them for the story. I’m not afraid of people judging the work I have on my body, it’s a storyline for myself. I love it when my friends work on me, I love to collect the memories, I cannot have an artist work on me that I don’t feel close with. I have to feel a sense of kinship I’ve been very fortunate to find that across-the-board with my tattoo artists.”

Hayley Madigan is a fitness expert and influencer. She recently shared a video of herself lifting weights on Instagram, and included a hateful comment she received about not looking as good as a male in it. Madigan responded to the comment in the caption. “We couldn’t care less if men can lift more than us, we will NEVER STOP 👊🏼 We have the discipline to train for years and years and YEARS and yep still only being able to lift a weight that maybe a teenager boy can lift… This is the nature of being a woman and we aren’t crying about it… we are still in the gym every single week pushing ourselves regardless!”

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram video, Madigan is seen lifting weights. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Doesn’t Compare Herself To Men

Madigan doesn’t compare herself to others. Especially men. She talked about this in her post’s caption. “We don’t train to compare ourselves to men 😂We train to build OURSELVES and OTHERS UP! To build our confidence up and to actually feel SAFER AS A WOMAN! Comparing our ‘gains’ to those of men’s is just pointless, we couldn’t care less if you can lift more than us, we will NEVER STOP 👊🏼”

She Works Her Triceps

Madigan makes sure to work her core. She shared some of her favorite core strengthening exercises in this Instagram video. Madigan captioned it, “Let’s build a stronger core 💪🏼1) Kettlebell Frontal Raises - Whilst this exercise also works the shoulders, focus on controlling the weight slowly down - this is where your core is used to stabilise your body and keep your centre of gravity stable- Aim for 8-12 reps for 2-3 sets. 2) Standing Side Bends - Do NOT go too heavy on this exercise! Keep your torso and chest upright the entire time and if needed drop the weight and just use Bodyweight. You can Aim for 8-12 reps per side for 2-3 sets. 3) Kettlebell Pass Around the Body - Go slow and controlled ensuring the KB remains close to your body throughout. In his TikTok, Wahlberg is seen enjoying eggs with sausage. According to University Hospitals, eggs have a lot of health benefits. “At 70 calories each, eggs are a stellar protein source and a nutritional powerhouse. Wahlberg is also seen enjoying salmon. The Mayo Clinic states that salmon has a lot of benefits. “Seafood in general, and salmon in particular, is a good choice for protein in the diet. Called EPA and DHA, these fats may support heart health, brain function and healthy joints.”

He Likes Lemon Juice

Wahlberg is seen enjoying lemon juice in his TikTok. St. Vincent’s Medical Center states that lemon is very beneficial. “Weight-loss studies have also noted the effects of lemon. Drinking lemon water, which keeps you hydrated, increases your metabolism. One glass burns at least six calories. It can also help you feel full, making it easier to resist an urge to snack.”

He Likes Olive Oil

Another thing that Wahlberg is seen eating in his TikTok is olive oil. According to The Cleveland Clinic, olive oil has a lot of health benefits. “EVOO contains more than 20 types of polyphenols, a category of plant-based chemical compounds that help protect your heart and reduce inflammation throughout your body. Wahlberg is also seen enjoying blueberries in his TikTok. She Does Leg Presses

Ora is also seen using the leg press machine in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic says that this exercise is very beneficial. “The leg press is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work a variety of muscles in the lower body. Specifically, the leg press targets the quadriceps muscles in the front of the thighs, the gluteal muscles in the buttocks, the hamstring muscles in the back of the thighs, and the calves, all in an integrated fashion. Since the leg press works several muscles at once, it's an especially efficient way to strengthen your lower body.”

The last workout that Ora is seen doing in her Instagram video is a session on the Pilates reformer. Pilates has a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”
