1. Fuel Up with Healthy Food

Jen doesn’t believe in starving yourself thin. She detailed her diet in a video for Harper’s Bazaar, and it is hearty but healthy. “I love breakfast. It’s my favorite meal of the day,” she said. Her favorite meal? Eggs. “I always like to switch up my eggs,” she said. Some might eat plain eggs or “will go crazy,” creating scrambles with onion, tomato, spinach, mushroom, organic brown eggs (two whites and one full egg) with cheese and cooked with olive oil. She often mashes up avocado on the side for healthy fats and added protein.
2. Approach Diet with Moderation

You won’t find Jen on a drastic diet. “I’m all about moderation,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I eat really healthy. I don’t drink alcohol. I love chocolate. I love cheese. I have two cheat meals a week. If I'm craving something I am going to eat it.” Chicken parm and penne alla vodka are her go-to cheat meals.
3. Exercise

Jen’s life revolves around exercise. She tries to get in her workouts first thing in the morning, waiting 30-40 minutes after eating breakfast. “It’s my favorite part of my day,” she says in the video.
4. Order Prepared Meals

Jen believes that if you have healthy meals on hand, you are less likely to grab unhealthy ones. She orders packaged meals from meal delivery service Eat Clean Bro, which specializes in clean eating.
5. Cook Your Own Meals
Jen also tries to cook as much as she can, but occasionally dines out. An average dinner she might prepare for herself? An avocado and tomato salad with marinated salmon, which she bakes in the oven. “Growing up I didn’t know much about health and nutrition,” she says during the video. “I love eating healthy because when I eat healthy I feel good. I’m energized, I feel good. When I eat like s**, I feel like s**t.”
