Frumes captioned the post, "I like to caramelize my onions first with some olive oil then throw the potatoes in there with paprika. After all veggies are chopped, I throw in the broth and heat on medium. Add the potatoes & onion. Then I cook on low- medium for about 1.5 – 2 hours. I stir about every 15 minutes!"
