She Hits The Beach

Sims lives in Jupiter, Florida, and she loves to hit the beach. Sims posts a lot of beach photos, from the Bahamas, to Las Vegas. Sims gets a lot of vitamin D from her constant beach trips.  "Vitamin D is a nutrient your body needs for building and maintaining healthy bones. That's because your body can only absorb calcium, the primary component of bone, when vitamin D is present. Vitamin D also regulates many other cellular functions in your body. Its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and neuroprotective properties support immune health, muscle function and brain cell activity," says the Mayo Clinic.

Dance has always been a part of human culture, rituals and celebrations. Today, most dancing is about recreation and self-expression, although it can also be done as a competitive activity. Dancing is an enjoyable way to be more physically active and stay fit," says Sports Medicine Australia.

She Likes Golf

Sims' fiance is a champion golfer, and she's also developed a love for the sport. Sims has posted photos on Instagram of herself on the course. "Golf stretches can help prepare you for a day on the course. These golf stretches may help promote a fluid, full golf swing, which can improve your performance," says the Mayo Clinic. "Before you start your golf stretches, you may want to warm up with five to 10 minutes of light activity, such as walking around the practice tee. If you have time, complete the full series of golf stretches outlined here. Hold each stretch for about 30 seconds. Studies have found performing an individual stretch one time is beneficial, and repeating an individual stretch generally isn't necessary. Do one set of golf stretches every day and another set before and after each round of golf."
