1. Don’t Starve Yourself
Jena has been accused of starving herself to be thin by body shamers. After a troll recently ordered her to “go eat a cheeseburger,” she had a great response: She ate a cheeseburger. “Not so rare footage of me eating a cheeseburger,” she captioned an Instagram story of herself chowing down. She also revealed during an Instagram Q&A that she and her man “get down on McDonalds” and she has been known to feast on a pizza on the social media site.
2. Work Out Hard

If you want a fit body like Jena, you are going to have to put in the work. She trains with Olivia Figueroa, a Florida based personal trainer. “I try to do 3x per week,” she responded to a fan when asked about her workout routine. Figuero’s Instagram page highlights her training sessions, which mostly focus on HIIT style, strength training workouts.
3. Find Outdoor Activities You Love
Jena is always outdoors. She spends most of the year in Jupiter, Florida where she lives with Brooks, but the two also love the mountains “I love you snow much,” she captioned this photo taken from one of their ski trips in Big Sky, Montana.
4. Indulge in Your Guilty Pleasure
Jena isn’t shy about her one (not-so) guilty pleasure, Krispy Kreme doughnuts. The bio on Jena’s website, reads: “One of her hidden talents is the ability to eat an entire box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts in one sitting.” And her Instagram profile declares she is a “Krispy Kreme Connoisseur.”
5. Be Flexible

Sims, a former gymnast, is still incredibly flexible. During a boating trip she did an impressive backflip into the ocean. "My old gymnastics coach would be proud." She also swims and jet skis. “Gymnasts require stamina and good cardiovascular health,” says sports medicine specialist Marie Schaefer, MD to the Cleveland Clinic. “Exercises that get your heart pumping are beneficial both during and between competition seasons.”
