Rule 1:Eat What You Loves

Jena has been ordered by trolls to "go eat a cheeseburger," and she does. "Not so rare footage of me eating a cheeseburger," she captioned an Instagram story of herself chowing down. She also revealed during an Instagram Q&A that she and her man "get down on McDonalds." She also told Chilled magazine that she is "obsessed" with trying different types of crab cakes. "Every restaurant I've been to lately has its own twist to it! Last week, I had a crab cake with bacon in it! WHAT! Generally, I am pretty picky when it comes to food, although I say I'll ty anything twice. I also rarely have a meal without ordering something with melted chocolate on it for dessert. S'mores are also on my go-to radar."

Rule 2: Focus On Fitness

Jena focuses on fitness, training with Olivia Figueroa, a Florida based personal trainer. "I try to do 3x per week," she responded to a fan when asked about her workout routine. Some of their training sessions are highlighted on Figuero's Instagram page, which mostly focus on HIIT style, strength training workouts.

Rule 3: Stay Active Outdoors

Jena maintains an incredibly active lifestyle. She spends most of the year in Jupiter, Florida where she lives with Brooks. The two are constantly enjoying everything the area has to offer. They also love the mountains. "I love you snow much," she captioned this photo taken from one of their ski trips in Big Sky, Montana. She also swims and jet skis.

Rule 4: Cheat

Jena is all about cheat meals. Her (not-so) guilty pleasure? Krispy Kreme doughnuts. The bio on Jena's website, reads: "One of her hidden talents is the ability to eat an entire box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts in one sitting." And her Instagram profile declares she is a "Krispy Kreme Connoisseur."

Sims is a former gymnast, and is still incredibly flexible. During a boating trip she did an impressive backflip into the ocean. "My old gymnastics coach would be proud."

Rule 6: Cook Healthy Food

Jena loves to cook, trying to make healthy meals. "Being from the South, I grew up on fried foods and biscuits. When I cook, I try to make it as healthy as possible," she told Chilled. "Competing in pageants definitely taught me to just suffer through some basic, bland chicken! I have since learned ways to put a kick in grilling chicken, such as wrapping some turkey bacon around it. Teriyaki salmon is my signature dish, but I also make some mean chorizo breakfast tacos."
