In March 2022, Jenelle was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. "For as long as I can remember, I would get extremely bad tension headaches and full body aches—like I had the flu, but was not sick," she told E! News, adding that sinus problems and neck and back pain were also symptoms she had experienced. "My entire body gets in so much pain and sometimes I lay in bed and cry. [For] a long time, no one believed my symptoms until I got a second opinion from a new neurologist recently," she continued. “I now know why my body is acting the way it does and it explains a lot. I never knew what fibromyalgia was until my doctor diagnosed me.” Per the Mayo Clinic, fibromyalgia is “a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues.”

While Moore has an incredible figure, she didn’t always think that way about herself. In her revealing 2019 memoir, Inside Out, Moore admitted that she used to obsess over her weight and her body. She says that this would happen a lot when she was preparing for a role. “It was my job to fit into that unforgiving military uniform I'd be wearing in two months in A Few Good Men,” Moore wrote. “I couldn’t stop exercising...I would be on display again, and all I could think about was my body, my body, my body...I doubled down on my already over-the-top exercise routine. I cut out carbs, I ran and I biked and I worked out on every machine imaginable.” Moore says that she stopped having this mindset when preparing for her iconic role in G.I. Jane. “When I got home to Idaho, I had an epiphany in the shower one day: I just need to be my natural size.”

After Moore stopped obsessing over her weight and figure, she then worked to develop a sense of body positivity. “I have had a love-hate relationship with my body,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I sit today in a place of greater acceptance of my body. In this Instagram post, she talked about not wanting to compare herself to others, especially when it comes to social media. “I thought I would post this to try to remind you guys that SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT REAL and things are so easily edited so please try not to stress and compare yourself or your life. BE KIND TO YOUR MIND. It’s something I have to remind myself daily because I subconsciously compare the chosen snapshot of life on people’s social media to my whole life warts and all. 2. She Does Activities With Her Kids

Hayes has two children, and she revealed in this Instagram post that she is doing a lot of physical activities with them. “One of the best things since my #gastricsleeve is being able to move more and spend more quality time with my boys,” she wrote in the caption. “In the left pic, I sat sweating due to my excess body weight watching my son play football. On The Ellen Show, Scherzinger revealed she loves taking ice baths. “I love ice baths, it’s so good for your body but for me, it sharpens the mind like iron,' she said. 'It’s all mental for me, I have to put on some music and go into a zone,” she said. "Cold water immersion involves people immersing themselves in water at temperatures of less than 15°C to manage muscle soreness after exercise and speed up recovery time. There is some evidence to show that cold-water immersion reduces muscle soreness at 24-72 hours after exercise compared with ‘passive’ treatment, or rest. It is here that the research falls down slightly by not comparing the use of cold-water immersion to an active recovery of light exercise, or perhaps even more pertinently, a combination of the two," says the Mayo Clinic.

Nicole eats herself skinny. "For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. Because, you know, it’s hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, - we try to do different things,” she explained to Women’s Health UK. Breidinger is a big believer in having a positive mindset. She tells The Modems that this is one of the reasons for her success. “I’ve gotten so much good career advice over the years but the best one was, ‘Mindset is what separates the best from the rest’. I always knew a positive mindset was important but I never really applied it to my life until this year and it really has changed my life for the better. It sounds cliché but I swear by it.”

She Tracks Her Fitness

Breidinger tells The Modems that she likes to use fitness apps to track her wellness. “I’ve used MyFitnessPal to track macros, which was helpful when I started to get serious about my nutrition. I also use MapMyRun to record all my runs so I can keep track of those as well. It’s so handy to be able to keep track of all my health goals easily all in my phone.”

While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
