1. She Protects Herself

Dewan makes sure to protect herself from getting sick, especially if it’s the flu. "I really believe in doing everything I can to stay healthy for my family throughout flu season,” she says to Shape. “So flu shots as well as vitamins and supplements are very important. Like every other working mom in the world, taking days off to be sick is really not helpful. I do everything I can to keep my immune system strong and to be there for my family."

2. She Makes Time For Herself

Dewan has a busy schedule, from work and her family life. However, she tells Shape that she always makes time for herself. "Rest is the hardest thing for me to come by, as I'm sure most people can relate,” she says. “But I try to get as much as I can. Making time for myself within working, within family, within all of that is very, very important for me and not the easiest to do, but I make it a priority."

3. She Loves Probiotics

Dewan opened up about her diet in her interview with Shape. “I do this probiotic drink in the morning,” she says. “And [my] digestion gets better, [my] bloating goes down... And the difference I feel in my energy and my skin and my mood while eating this way is all the proof I needed. I feel more balanced. I feel less sluggish. Food is medicine."

4. She Believes In Balance

Dewan makes sure to eat healthy. However, she also isn’t afraid to give into her cravings. "I never deprive myself," Dewan tells Shape. "When I want to eat the nachos or French fries, I make sure I have the ability and space to do that. But I try to eat healthy most of the time."

5. She Does At-Home Skincare Treatments

Dewan shared some of her skincare secrets and tips with New Beauty. “I’ve been doing at-home self-care treatments with masks and different tools I have,” she says. “Like microneedling and gua sha. My gua sha stone is from Georgia Louise—her rose quartz Butterfly Stone that she gave me. I also really like the brand OSEA. I use their hyaluronic serum, they have a great cleanser, and they have this incredible body oil that I’ve used every single day—it smells so good and it’s all-natural.”

Dewan revealed some of her wellness secrets to New Beauty. She says that even with her busy schedule, she makes time for herself. “I make sure I try to do pilates, meditate, take a shower and take time for myself. Little things that set me up for success. If I miss that and I don’t give that to myself, the rest of my day just spirals out.”

2. She Meditates

Dewan is open about her love of meditation. She tells New Beauty, “Meditation has been a game changer in my life. I do breath work meditations; I do TM-style mantra meditations; I do lots of things that sort of bring me back to a place of connection with myself and spirit.”

3. She Takes Probiotics

Dewan has started taking probiotics, and she is seeing benefits. “I also started taking new probiotic supplements, and I’ve noticed a lot of incredible, positive benefits in my life,” she says to New Beauty. “I’ve been a big proponent of probiotics for a long time, but then I was not sure I was taking the right ones and I had different issues that were all going on. Then Renew Life was recommended to me and I found they had a particular formula for women—for all the issues we deal with as women—so I said, ‘I’m going to try this and see if it helps.’ It not only helps with digestion, but also immunity, and I loved that it also has respiratory health covered, especially during this time.”

4. She Does The 80/20 Rule

When it comes to her diet, Dewan tells New Beauty that she believes in balance. “I believe in eating 80/20. I do 80 percent as healthy as possible—vegetarian, vegan, lots of vegetables and smoothies—and 20 percent I’m eating Mexican food if I want it. I’ve gotta be able to indulge and have a glass of wine and feel good in that way. That helps me not be so strict and focused in one way.”

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin While Traveling

Dewan revealed her favorite skincare products to Prevention. She revealed that she takes certain products with her when she travels. "When I'm traveling I use argan oil to help balance my skin tone," she says. “I use this mask on the plane and it makes me look crazy, but it's really good for the skin.”

Jenna Dewan, at age 41, looks ageless and it’s not just because of the dancing. The star of The Rookie and judge on Come Dance with Me has made a name for herself due to her smooth moves on stage and in films like Step Up, but she also has a holistic view to wellness, caring for her physical and mental health. (No mean feat when you are juggling a career, partner and two children.) That was on display in a new swimsuit photo. "Sometimes you just need a 24 hr mom and dad getaway 🤟🏻☀️," she captioned it. How does she stay so fit? 1. She Believes in Self-Care

During the pandemic, Dewan has had to use “tools” to thrive. “One of them is definitely self-care, which is basically doing anything that makes me feel better about myself. A relaxing bath with sea salt, a self-care ritual, my beauty rituals…things like that really lift my mood. So does the embodiment stuff—anything that gets me out of my head and into my body. Working out, dancing, going for a hike, taking the dogs for a walk, getting outside,” she told NewBeauty.

2. Hiking is Great For You

“How fast you take to the trails is up to you and what you want to accomplish. A hike can be an intense workout or a time to relax your mind and enjoy nature, or both—the choice is yours. If you want to increase the intensity of your workout, hills are a great way to do it. When starting out, take it easy and give your muscles, particularly your quadriceps (the front of the thigh) and calves, time to adapt to the increased demands of hiking. Once you’ve been hiking regularly for a few weeks, give yourself a challenge by tackling a hill or two,” says ACE Fitness.

3. She Manages Her Anxiety This Way

Jenna Dewan Hosts Baby2Baby's Mother's Day Distribution Event Presented By ByHeart & Paul MitchellMichael Kovac/Getty Images

“I know, without a doubt, that when my anxiety is high, I’m not doing anything to serve my body. There is a clear direct link for me. Anything embodiment seems to help with my anxiety—so does breathwork. Sometimes, it’s something as simple as dancing, putting music on and moving, swimming, anything that’s physical really helps,” she told New Beauty.

4. She Eats Clean

Jenna eats “clean.” To eat clean, eat whole foods with ingredients you can pronounce and reduce your intake of trans- and saturated fats, for a start. “Foods high in saturated fat can raise levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL), the artery-clogging cholesterol. Saturated fat, in general, is solid at room temperature and is found in beef, pork, lamb, poultry skin, hot dogs, regular cheese, full-fat dairy foods (e.g., regular milk or yogurt), butter, lard, and tropical oils (e.g. palm, palm kernel and coconut),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

5. She is Still in “Awe” of Her Journey

11th Annual NFL Honors - Post-Party: The Chairman's PartyRich Fury/Getty Images

Dewan’s first big gig as a dancer was performing backup for the legendary Janet Jackson. “She is my touchpoint, she is the start of my everything, she is the start of my whole career,” Dewan told NewBeauty. “I owe her so much. It was such a specific dream of mine when I was a kid. To have had that experience so young…it’s overwhelming when I think about it. I’m still in awe of it all.” She used that word–awe–again. “I feel very in awe of the course my life has taken. A lot of it, I could have never guessed would happen, and that excites me because it makes me feel like, ‘Well, I didn’t see that one coming!’ Imagine what else I haven’t seen coming that could be even grander than what I ever could imagine.”

Jenna Dewan is a lot of things. She’s an actress, known for her roles in Step Up, The Rookie, and Supergirl. She’s a host and TV personality, appearing on Flirty Dancing, World of Dance, and Come Dance With Me. And she’s an author, releasing her book Gracefully You in 2019. 2. She Wants To Remove The Stigma

Los,Angeles,-,May,12:,Jenna,Dewan,At,The,NamiShutterstock

Dewan wants to remove stigmas we have in society. She tells People that this is why she is open about her melasma. “Removing stigma in life in general is important. We all have issues that we're dealing with that may affect our self-confidence. I find it really healing when somebody's very honest or talks about what they're going through.”

3. She Does What She Enjoys

Dewan is all about doing what she enjoys doing. She talked about this to People. “I think finding what makes you feel good and increasing that in your life, whether that's working out, going out and playing, seeing friends — whatever it is that brings you true happiness and joy — that's the hack of life. Really tap into that.”

4. She Uses Retinol

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,21:,Jenna,Dewan,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Dewan makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared some of her favorite products with Glamour. Dewan says that she likes to use products that contain retinol. “There's Exuviance retinol, but I also sometimes use straight Retin-A, like the old-school kind, just to get down to it. Then I use the NeoStrata thicker cream or another moisturizer afterward, and it helps if there's any dryness.

5. She Uses Sunscreen

Dewan makes sure to protect her skin from the sun. She shared her favorite sunscreen brand in her Glamour interview. “I love Supergoop. They have a glow sunscreen that I use a lot—twice a day. Because that's the thing with melasma: You have to keep sunscreen on all the time. So it's about finding one that also gives you a glow.”

Jadyn Jannasch is heating up social media with her latest swimsuit snaps. The gorgeous blonde, rumored girlfriend of Dallas Cowboys star Dak Prescott, shows off her incredible figure while on a boat in one of her latest posts. “Yours,” she captioned the steamy snap. Read on to see 5 things to know about Jadyn Jannasch including how she stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Swims

The primary way that Jannasch stays in shape is by swimming. In high school, she lettered four years at Frisco High School in Dallas where she is from, and was named First Team State all of those years. She has been swimming at LSU for three years and specializes in breaststroke, per her LSU bio.

2. She Prioritizes Her Education

Jadyn might show off her booty, but she also takes care of her brain. The star athlete will be entering her senior year in the fall and majoring in mass communications.

3. She Has a Swimming Buddy – Her Brother

Jadyn clearly grew up with a workout buddy. Her brother, Jack, was also a swimmer at LSU. She says that “the amazing atmosphere, coaches, and the extreme want to be able to swim on the same team as her brother,” is one of the reasons she chose the school. “Last time on the block… and in the water 🥹! Sooo proud!” her father captioned a video of her brother earlier this year.

4. She Models on the Side

Jadyn obviously knows how to pose for the camera. While swimming and getting an education might be her top priority, she also shares modeling photos on the side.

5. She Loves the Hot Tub

In her latest social media posts, Jadyn soaks up the attention of her followers in a hot tub on a boat. Soaking in hot water can help you sleep and even help with minimizing anxiety and depression. One recent study found that baths, which are virtually the same things as jacuzzis, may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

Alice De Bortoli is seen cooking

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

Alice De Bortoli works out with a friend

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade shows off her winning medals at the Olympic Games Paris 2024

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
