Kramer revealed some of her fitness secrets on her Instagram stories, and says that reducing time on her phone, especially in the morning, has helped her. "I have to say one of my favorite habits I broke in the morning was I would usually go straight to Instagram," she said. 'But when everything happened, the last thing I wanted to look [at] was my phone. So it really helped me get into a good habit of just not picking up my phone."
Comedian Tiffany Haddish shared a video of herself in a red bathing suit on a boat on Instagram this week. When it comes to working out, Haddish says that she's a fan of virtual reality workouts. Higgins admits that she hasn't always been comfortable with her body, and lost a lot of weight previously, but her family was able to get her out of this. "With the exercise, it's very easy to get obsessed with it. It got to a stage where it was actually affecting my periods; I lost my period for four months," she reveals to the DailyMail. "It's good to have people around you that are not afraid to say these things to you. It's so important. I'm feeling so much better."
