1. She Boxes

One workout Aniston loves to do is box. She tells InStyle, "There's something about the mental aspect of boxing – the drills, your brain has to work, you're not just sitting on a bike. Boxing is a great way to get aggression out. You get a mental release of all this crap you're taking into your ears and eyes every day and have little fantasy moments imagining who you're punching."
2. She Keeps It Simple

For Aniston, wellness means simplicity. She says that this prevents her from getting too obsessive. "I went from being a crazy workout girl to sort of saying, 'My body wants a little bit of a break,'" Aniston shared with Women's Health. "So I kind of stay with more simple stuff, and taking walks and not being neurotic about working out and eating right. I started to enjoy life a little bit more. The only downside to that is there’s that couple extra pounds and about 4,000 pregnancy rumours, but you know, other than that, it feels great."
3. She Intermittent Fasts

Aniston likes to practice intermittent fasting when it comes to food. "I do intermittent fasting, so no food in the morning," she once told Insider. "I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours. Fortunately, your sleeping hours are counted as part of the fasting period. You just have to delay breakfast until 10am."
4. She Does Side-Planks

One type of workout Aniston likes to do is a side plank. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing a side plank while doing a leg extension. This exercise has a lot of benefits. “Side planks help stabilize the spine and improve spine and oblique strength,” exercise physiologist, Katie Lawton, MEd says to the Cleveland Clinic. “For most people, one side is not as strong as the other. Another benefit of side planks is that they help you with that strength imbalance.”
5. She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Aniston works with personal trainer, Mandy Ingber, to help her stay in shape. The two do a variety of different workouts during sessions. "With Jennifer Aniston, I would do 30 minutes of spinning, 40 minutes of yoga, incorporating some of my 'hybrid' yoga poses paired with a toning exercise,” she told Healthista. “We would do some power yoga, vinyasa flow and then some yin yoga stretching, and then finish with the infrared sauna."
