Do Different Workouts

Jennifer loves to mix up her workouts. "Variety is key," is Jen's philosophy when it comes to exercise. "Mixing it up is always fun because that way you know you're excited, and it's muscle confusion. It keeps your body awake," she told Women's Health. She recently started boxing: "It's the longest workout I've actually stayed with consistently other than yoga," she told InStyle. "There's something about the mental aspect of boxing — the drills, your brain has to work, you're not just sitting on a bike. It's amazing." After suffering an injury and only being able to do pilates, she admitted that she was ready for cardio again. "I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline."

Maintain a Healthy Diet

Jennifer doesn't have to go on diets, because she maintains a healthy lifestyle. "I don't let eating habits get out of control where I need a reset button," she told Yahoo Food. "My general philosophy is to eat healthy. It's pretty clear: eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep."

Drink Your Supplements

During her new interview with The Hollywood Reporter Jennifer revealed that she drinks the same shake almost every afternoon. It includes collagen peptides, antioxidants and a few other ingredients, mixed together in her blender.

Don't Drink Your Calories

Jennifer advises against drinking your calories. Even when she downs a spirit, she makes sure it is as healthy as possible. "A margarita — clean, no sugar — or a dirty martini," she said. "I only have two to three drinks, tops, and I don't do exotic. When someone asks, 'Would you like a cranberry-coconut-cucumber-spiced or hibiscus whatever?' No, I would not. But when I moved into my house, a few people got me tequilas of the month as housewarming gifts. I have a cellar of all kinds of spirits — you could come here and probably order anything you wanted to."

5

Stay Hydrated

Aniston drinks a whopping 100 ounces of water per day, "but occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!"

Spike Your Coffee with Collagen

Aniston, Chief Creative Officer of Vital Proteins, is a big fan of their products, especially Collagen Peptides, which she adds to her coffee. "I've always been an advocate for finding wellness from the inside out – and I'm so happy to share the importance of collagen," she revealed.

Practice Willpower

If Jennifer has a sweet tooth, she will indulge it. But her willpower is so intense that she can eat just one chip or candy. "A chip. Crunch, crunch, crunch," she joked to InStyle about her stress-eating food of choice. "Usually. I'm good at that. I can have one M&M, one chip. I know, that's so annoying."

8

Start Your Day with Lemon Water

"When I wake up, I have warm lemon water and then I have a shake or avocado and eggs, which is one of my favorites," Aniston told Elle.

Meditate

Jennifer starts her morning off by meditating. "Usually 20 minutes, or 10 if I can't get the full amount of time in. It's a set [Transcendental Meditation mantra] that I do every time," she told Well + Good.

Treat Yourself to a Weekly At-Home Spa Day

Aniston told Shape in 2017, "Sunday is my spa day." ON that day, she indulges in a little skincare self-care, "I usually do a little mini-facial time where I just give myself a good scrub, use a mask, and then the Aveeno Positively Radiant Hydrating Facial Moisturizer. I leave it on overnight and when I wake up I have that dewy, glowing, twinkling skin."
