Garner makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One thing she does is make smoothies. She shared one of her recipes in this Instagram video. In it, Garner puts things like flaxseed, chia seeds, almond butter, and protein powder. She captioned the post, “Don’t be scared! It’s tastier than it looks!”

Garner remembers to stretch. She shared some of her favorite stretches in this Instagram video with her friend, professional yoga instructor, Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts. In it, Garner and Dr. Roberts are seen doing body rolls, spinal twists, and oblique stretches. Garner captioned the post, “Three easy stretches to align the body and breath.”

5. She Makes Plant Based Meals

Garner sometimes likes to cook plant-based and meat-free meals. In this episode of her Instagram show, “Pretend Cooking Show,” Garner makes black bean and sweet potato chili.
