1. She Gets Enough Sleep
Even with her busy schedule, Lopez prioritizes her beauty sleep. “The common denominator is always sleep. Resting and restoring is so important for your recovery and overall wellness,” Kirsch said. He also recommends using a device to monitor your sleep. "Set aside no more than eight hours for sleep. The recommended amount of sleep for a healthy adult is at least seven hours. Most people don't need more than eight hours in bed to achieve this goal," says the Mayo Clinic. "Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle."
2. She’s Dedicated To Her Wellness

Kirsch says that Lopez is extremely dedicated to her wellness routine. “Jennifer is meticulous about her eating, sleeping, and generally about everything in her life,” he explained. “It’s not just a physical thing - it’s about transforming every aspect of your life.”
3. She Does Platypus Squats

One of Kirsch’s exercises that he does with Lopez is platypus squats. “Jennifer and I do a lot of platypus walks with a wide stance. Also known as a sumo walking squat,” he says. “It’s great for your inner thighs and butt.”
4. She Does A Mixture Of Workouts

Kirsch says that he likes to combine different types of exercises for the singer’s fitness routine. “We mix some cardio, plyometrics, full body, core, and lower body into her workouts - they are very, very intense and she takes it very seriously, which is exciting for someone like me,” he explained.
5. She Works On Charities

Lopez is known to be very charitable and speaks out about many different causes. In fact, Kirsch reveals that he first met Lopez while working his charity foundation, Just For The Children, which helps fight childhood obesity. Kirsch says, “[The charity's] work is about striking the balance between healthy tech and mindful movement, and tackling childhood obesity - Jennifer wrote the foreword to my book and she’s a very big proponent of integrating a healthy lifestyle into one’s home.”
