1. She Loves Bone Broth

Powell tells Shoprishirestar.com that she works with a nutrition expert to help with her diet. She says that she has incorporated bone broth in her diet. “I didn’t even know what coconut oil was, what’s good for you, all that sort of thing – so Martin introduced me to making bone broth myself. We’ve had it in our house for a while. Pollyanna would come in and say, ‘You’re making broth, aren’t you?’ – because you’re boiling up a chicken carcass for 24 hours, you can smell it!”

2. She Loves Yoga

Powell loves to practice yoga to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is aerial yoga. She shared this video from the studio on Instagram. Powell captioned the post, “So the Ariel Yoga journey continues .. Omg I love the challenge .. The suspense of being suspended .. I’m using muscles and brain matter that I never knew I had ! Word of advice .. don’t have your shepherds pie just before class and feel free to hang around it gets easier !! 3. She Does Wellness Treatments

When Powell goes to retreats, she likes to have treatments done. She revealed some of her favorites in the caption of this Instagram post. “The smile on my face says it all .. I’ve made use of the oxygen room, the sunlight therapy room and hydrotherapy infinity pool (which goes beyond all expectations )🙏 all nestled in amongst the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. It’s been very special indeed.”

4. She Swims

Powell loves to swim to stay in shape. Even when it’s cold out. Powell did a chilly swim for a television segment, and talked about it in this Instagram post. “Twas a Chilly Swim indeed .. Filming today for something quite special ! I’ll keep you posted ! And thank you @chilly.swim @channel5_tv for my fab wetsuit 🦈it came in VERY handy !!”

5. She Makes Time For Herself

Powell has a busy schedule, however she also values her alone time. She tells Shoprishirestar.com, “I will put aside a certain amount of time for myself, no matter what, if I’m feeling a bit like ‘Oop, I’m doing too much’. When you’re younger, you feel like, ‘Oh I’m not allowed to do that, I’ve got to just keep going, keep going’. I fretted a lot more when I was younger.”
