Kendall Jenner covered i-D magazine in a pink bathing suit this week. When it comes to wellness, Jenner says that getting enough sleep is important for her, especially before a job. She says she needs seven or eight hours "to function." "Create a room that's ideal for sleeping. Often, this means cool, dark and quiet. Exposure to light might make it more challenging to fall asleep. Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs," says the Mayo Clinic. "Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep."

When it comes to wellness, specifically her diet, King says to New Potato, that she tries to be healthy, but doesn't drive herself crazy over it. So yeah, I think that that kind of definitely put it in a full-speed stop."
Jessica Alba shared several beach and swimsuit photos on Instagram. When it comes to working out, Alba tells Marie Claire that she likes to use fitness apps and videos to stay in shape. They have all those things and you can keep track of your health."

Ayesha Curry posted a photo on Instagram of herself posing in a blue swimsuit, while enjoying the pool. Curry told Women's Health that she believes in moderation, saying, "I'm not a dieter. For me, it was really about learning how to exercise portion control and living that 80/20 life."
