Indonesian star Jessica Iskandar is enjoying the sand and sea in Bali, Indonesia. 1. No Restrictions After Babies
Iskandar was careful not to restrict her diet after having children, instead focusing on maintaining her breast milk. "I eat all the time so that I have lots of breast milk,” she says. “One meal at lunch can be 3 portions. After a year and a half, your appetite has decreased, it's back to normal. It's like just one portion of lunch.”
2. Sensible Weight Loss
Iskandar waited till at least a year after giving birth to kickstart her workout routine and focus on a healthy diet. "I started watching my food, started exercising every day,” she says. “Now the weight is starting to decrease.”
3. She Loves Yoga
Iskandar loves doing yoga, which is good for both mind and body. "Doing yoga makes my body healthy, especially since I've been busy at work," she says. "Health is a long-term investment. I can think more healthily after doing yoga."
4. Exercise Happiness
Iskandar loves the energy regular workouts give her. “Exercise releases endorphins,” she says. “After exercise, I feel more enthusiastic and don't get sick easily. More cheerful, more full power through the day. I drink lots of water, eat regularly, get enough sleep, and eat healthy food."

While many people consider Bali a magical vacation spot, for Iskandar it’s home. "First, because I have fallen in love living in Bali, I feel happier there, healthier," she says. "Yeah, who doesn't like living in Bali, Bali is a tourist city, if people go there for holidays, if I live there, I'm really happy.”
