After winning Miss Poland, Krzan opened up about herself in an interview with Missosology.org. She says that she is extremely comfortable with who she is. “I’m always trying to be myself, so finding something that people don’t know about me is really hard. The only thing that comes to my mind is that only a small group of people knows that besides the fact that I’m a tough woman, I’m also a really sensitive and tender person who sometimes needs to stay alone and overcome every weakness by myself.”

I did an Italian Travel show and soon after I found myself hosting a show for The Discovery Network where I was based in the USA called the World’s Best Beaches. I was the action girl, so most of my stories either consisted of getting wet in the ocean or sweating! Waterproof mascara was my favorite – the Maybelline one. My job also sees me doing so many different things such as being a face of the races and doing other endorsements, getting to work with amazing companies and interesting people. My job is very diverse, which I love.”

Csortan makes a point of doing something active every day. “I try to do something daily even if it’s just taking my dog on a really long walk or doing a yoga class or pilates or a more intense class like F45,” she says. “I give my body a break every so often and I do an Eat Fit Food week, I just started today actually with Eat Fit Food, I do the 5 Day Cleanse program which I find really helps. My skin never looks better after exercise, drinking lots of water and a balanced diet.”

Csortan refused to obsess about losing the post-baby weight after giving birth to her daughter. "Don't put any undue pressure on yourself. It's taken me almost two years to start getting back somewhat of a routine,” she says. “And even still, I don't have much of one to be honest since I'm really busy. I mean I literally have a two-year-old stuck to my hip 24/7, so I just do not stop.”

4. She Protects Her Skin

Csortan knows the importance of keeping up with her skincare regimen while on the move. “I can’t go anywhere without my Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream for my lips. Especially when traveling,” she says. “I have a Clinique bronzer that works a treat all over – my décolletage and face etc. I love black eyeliner too. With all the traveling I do, I have a Vitamin-C serum I use on my face. Letting your skin absorb a nice, rich serum on the days you don’t have to wear makeup is a must.”

5. She’s Protective Of Her Time

Csortan is dating, but refuses to sacrifice any time spent with her daughter. “My time is super precious and having a little one, that’s very time-consuming, very demanding of my time and attention. I have to be selective as to who I spend that tiny little window of time I get with,” she says.

Sharma says she chooses happiness in her personal life. “I don't date much but I have had rough patches in relationships. Ups and down are part of life and moving on is an art of life,” she says. “Break ups were there but that all made me so strong and I am a girl who looks at the broader aspect in life. So pain was there but feeling the pain and being sad is a choice.

So I chose happiness. It took time to heal but today I learned happiness is the most important thing in this world.”

She Does Squats

Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups.
