Jessica Simpson is striking a pose in the pool! The singer and mother-of-three flaunts her fabulous figure in a swimsuit while doing yoga with one of her kids via her latest Instagram post. "Pool yogis," she captioned the adorable snap. Maintain a Healthy Diet

Jessica trains with Harley Pasternak and follows his Body Reset Diet, eating three healthy meals a day of protein, fiber, and fat-rich foods and two snacks of protein and fiber or protein and fat. "She'll have foods that are very flavorable that are healthier versions of things like a tortilla soup or Tex-Mex," he explained to People. The healthy eating plan also allows for indulgences. However, she is allowed to splurge on occasion. "It's about balancing in a way that doesn't make it painful or too much of a departure from your life before that."

Use Activity Trackers

After welcoming her third child Jessica lost a ton of weight. Pasternak explained to People that one of her tactics was actually not focusing on numbers.  "I never work with scales. My work with her is more about the habits she's created and kept up. And as a byproduct of doing these habits, she lost 100 pounds," he said. She recently told Today that she doesn't weigh herself. "I have no idea how much I weigh," she said. "I just want to feel good and be able to zip my pants up. If I don't, I have another size. I have every size."

Celebrate Your Success

Jessica celebrates her wins. "I have gained and lost 100lbs 3x, so I never thought this moment could or would happen, but I'm finally spring breakin' wearin' a BIKINI!!!!!! Hard work, Determination, Self Love. I enjoyed a good proud cry today," she captioned a recent Instagram post showing off her figure.

Train Hard

If you want a body like Jessica's you better hit the gym.The star's sessions with Pasternak are hardcore. At one point she was doing 45-minute sessions three days a week, consisting mostly of strength and weight training exercises.

Get Your Sleep

Jessica knows the importance of getting sleep. "So many people undervalue the importance of sleep in weight loss and weight management," Pasternak told People.

Walk. A Lot.

Jessica makes sure to get her steps in with the help of activity trackers. As she embarked on her journey, her goal was 6,000 steps per day, eventually building up to 14,000, per E! News. "It's a social thing that she can do with her kids," Pasternak said.

Push Yourself

Jessica pushes herself, even when she doesn't want to work out. "First day back at it and I'm already hurtin' and feelin' real dramatic about being sore. I have been craving this, but procrastinating. One work out and I am determined to not let myself down. Although I will be eating a brownie to give myself some points!" she captioned an Instagram post of herself on the treadmill.
