She Stays Hydrated

Wright shared some of her wellness tips in an interview with Blasting News. She says that she makes sure to stay hydrated each day. "It's all about rehydration. I always crave salty foods, so it'll be a packet of crisps, washed down with a Coca Cola and a bit of water mixed with a Berocca. Drinking water is one of my best fitness tips. It keeps your weight down, does wonders for your skin and makes you feel alert on the days you're feeling tired."

She Believes In Moderation

Wright tells Blasting News that she believes in moderation when it comes to her diet. "I'm a massive believer in everything in moderation," she says. "And I don't believe in faddy diets. Luckily, I've always loved my veggies, so eating healthily isn't a chore. At home, I'm careful not to overdo carbs, sugar and dairy, which means I can indulge when I go out."

She Limits Certain Things

While Wright believes in moderation, she also believes in limitation. She tells Blasting News that she has limited certain foods and drinks in her diet. "When I was on TOWIE, I ate chocolate whenever I wanted and loved my wine but, now I'll have the odd square of dark chocolate and only drink alcohol when I socialise. I'm not the type of person to commit to being vegan or teetotal because I like to enjoy life and the occasional Indian takeaway is one of my favourite indulgences too."

She Eats A Variety Of Food

Wright broke down her typical diet to Women's Health. She says that she makes sure to eat a variety of different things. "I used to think that excluding food groups would help me reach my goal quicker," she says. "However, I've learnt that you really do need to eat a balanced diet. A little bit of everything is totally okay and means you don't crave the naughtier things as much."

She Eats Healthy

Wright tells Closer that she makes sure to eat healthy. She also shared some of her favorite foods. "If I'm running around and going to the gym, I won't have a proper breakfast but I'll have a fresh juice of ginger, apple, celery and cucumber. For lunch I'll either have a protein shake, a crab meat salad or a turkey and cottage cheese on Ryvita. For dinner I'll have fish with vegetables. I snack on things like fruit, chocolate rice cakes, pea rice snaps dipped in houmous, popcorn or protein bars."
