1. She Believes In Balance
Decker revealed some of her wellness secrets to Parade. She says that she believes in balance when it comes to health, especially diets. “My health philosophy is everything in moderation. I’ve always practiced a healthy lifestyle. I’m not a big fan of ‘let's do it for a week’ type stuff.”
2. She Eats Healthy

Decker tells Parade that she makes sure to eat healthy on a consistent basis. “My family is very healthy. We watch what we eat and it makes a huge difference. I cook all the time, we rarely go out to eat. And when we go to the grocery store, we try to choose foods that are organic and dye-free.”
3. She Takes Vitamins

In addition to eating healthy, taking vitamins is a big part of Decker’s wellness. She tells Parade, “I take a multivitamin, and I’ll sometimes do an IV drip if I’ve been on a trip or on a plane for a long time to get some extra fluids and vitamins.”
4. She Listens To Her Body

Decker is all about doing what is best for her at the right time. Whether it’s working out or resting. She tells Parade, “I’m really big on listening to your body. You know when your body needs an extra exercise session or if you need to rest.”

Last month, Decker opened up about her struggles with her mental health. She revealed that she is struggling with depression and being open about the low points. She wrote on Instagram that she is going to be more open with herself and her followers. "I have such a beautiful life and so many blessings, but I still have struggles and need to sit back and work on my mental health. I feel like I try to only post the good sometimes, but I think being open and honest will also help me heal through this."
