1. She Doesn't Work Out With Her Husband

Decker’s husband, Eric Decker, is a player in the NFL. You’d think that that means that they would do a lot of couple’s workouts together. However, you’d be wrong. In an interview with Taste of Country, Decker says that she avoids working out with her husband. “We tried, but he annoys me when he works out,” she explains. “He thinks he knows everything. I feel like, whatever I’m doing, it works for me.”
2. She Sets Goals

Last year, Decker revealed on Instagram that she sets a lot of goals when it comes to her fitness. “The top of this year I decided to really step it up in the gym,” she said. “I know my core will probably never be as strong as it used to be, but damn it I’m gonna try! I have goals and I’m not stopping until I’m there.”
3. She Does Walking and Stair-Climbing Exercises

Decker broke down some of her favorite workouts in this Instagram post. She revealed that she likes to do a lot of walking-esque exercises. “I love the StairMaster, I love nice long walks (lunges are key, I do 100 at a time),” she said.
4. She Watches What She Eats

In the same Instagram post, Decker revealed that the most important part of fitness and wellness for her was not working out. She says that she puts more thought and effort into her daily diet, and tries to watch what she eats. “The biggest factor is watching what I EAT and making sure whatever I’m putting in my body is going to make me feel strong and energized.”
5. She Believes In Moderation

Decker tells Women’s Health that she keeps her diet pretty healthy. However, she does also believe in indulging at times, and keeps a balanced diet. “There are some weeks when I’m following more of a strict diet because I have something coming up,” she said. “But, you know, for the most part, I’m always enjoying food and I always say ‘everything in moderation’ on a day-to-day basis.”
