Jessika Power is sharing a message of self-love in her swimsuit. The Married at First Sight star shows off her famous figure in a bathing suit while spreading a positive message with her fans. “I’ve asked about 6 people if this photo is okay to post on my feed because I was worried I’d be too ‘skinny’ or not ‘toned enough’ or ‘trying to hard’ 😅 even though I loved the photo anyway, but I feel sad for me or for anyone that has to ask for approval…I want to normalize the fact that no matter how confident I act or seem I still have so many insecurities and I’ve realized now that it’s okay…so long as you feel happy and confident with how you act then you should show and appear how you want to 🫶 cause no matter who you are you’re beautiful and always believe in yourself,” she captioned the Instagram post. 1. Her Diet Isn’t “Grueling”

“I don't have a grueling diet or exercise regime like my brother does, and I'm happy to accept that,” Jessika told Daily Mail Australia. However, she admitted to cutting out “a lot of sugar, alcohol” and smoking. She also never skips breakfast and eats healthy dinners and instead of snacking on junk food eats homemade kale chips, made with salt and olive oil.

2. She Eats (and Drinks!) Her Fruits and Veggies

Jessika also makes sure to eat and drink plenty of produce. “I make lots of fresh juices and just try to keep it clean and lean,” she told Daily Mail. “An apple a day…..” she captioned a recent snap holding a piece of fruit.

3. She Exercises

Jessika also works out, opting for outdoor exercise versus the gym. She enjoys going for walks or hikes in nature.

4. She Cheats

Like most people, Jessika has admitted to indulging in the “occasional binge,” she told Daily Mail. “I'm addicted to KFC wicked wings and have a sweet tooth, but I listen to my body and what it wants.”

5. She Accepts Her Body

Jessika added to Daily Mail that she isn’t “perfect” she has learned to accept her body for how it looks. “Every woman has cellulite and little lumps and bumps, I've just learnt to embrace and love mine,” she said. However, after filming MAFS, she had an expensive procedure done, an autologous fat transfer done, removing fat from her "problem areas" and redepositing them into her breasts, transforming them from a B-cup to a D-cup.“I put some weight on during MAFS and after eating healthy and exercising, I had a bit of weight loss. Also with my break-up with Dan there was a lot of stress there as well,” she told New Idea. “I chose the fat from the underside of my thighs. I had this little pocket of fat, I don’t know what it is, no matter how much dieting I do, no matter how much exercise I do, I just couldn’t get rid of it.”

Vicky Pattison, star of Geordie Shore, Ex on the Beach and Judge Geordie, has never not been outspoken. Sharing pictures of her weight loss today, she doesn’t disappoint, using them as chance to stick up for women everywhere, and show the reality of what losing pounds looks like. How does she stay so fit and so strong, and what was her message? Read on to see 5 ways Vicky Pattison stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. This is How She Lost the Weight

“So I've recently lost abit of weight- it's not quite the overnight miracle everyone on social media seems to think it is- it's been happening gradually over the last year through an amalgamation of things & much to everyone's disappointment I'm sure- there's no great big secret to how I did it. I got my contraceptive out my arm after 15years which had a huge impact on my body & also I got the worlds most energetic Pup- who we love DEARLY but needs to be walked between 2-3 hours daily 😂 So there you have it, I'm sorry I can't flog you a transformative pill or workout but you're all lush as you are anyway so please stop being so hard on yourselves ♥️,” she captioned the photos.

2. She is an Advocate for Women

ITV Palooza 2019 - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

“Although most people have been really kind about my new bod- there have been quite a lot of nasty comments with people even going as far to say they only liked me before when I was, in their words, an advocate for curvy women,” she wrote. “Listen, I am an advocate for WOMEN full stop. Whatever your shape, whatever your size- & the only reason I started doing my 'Instas versus reality' in the 1st place was to show everyone that we are all capable of taking a good picture for the gram- & we shouldn't be comparing our beautiful bodies to anyone else's- especially not someone else's carefully curated Social media ones.”

3. She Says There’s a Difference Between Posed vs. More Relaxed

National Television Awards 2020 - VIP ArrivalsDave Benett/Getty Images

“If I want to stretch up, put my hands behind my head & suck my tummy in- The end result is going to be this first pic. However if I relax, allow gravity to do its thing & stop trying so hard.. my body moves (Spoiler alert, all bodies move & I quite like my squishy tummy- it's where my pizza lives 😂) the end result is more like this second one,” she explained of the photos. “These posts were only ever meant to encourage all of us to stop beating ourselves up or comparing our bodies to the super posed & unrealistic ones on social. It's ok to want posed pics or more relaxed ones- to let it all hang out or want to go balls to the wall.”

4. She Says It’s Not OK to Tear Women Down

Sex & the City Apartment Pop-Up LaunchMike Marsland/Getty Images

“The only thing that isn't ok is telling another woman how YOU think she should look. Instead of tearing other women down, we should be building each other up... We're all beautiful in our own unique way & trust me, we're all capable of getting a sick pic for Insta 😂” she concluded.

5. She Sets Goals, and You Can, Too

Vicky Pattison attends the launch of Puttshack, Bank inPhil Lewis/Getty Images

“I write out my goals for the week as well as how I plan to achieve them,” Pattison has said. “Eating healthier sounds like a good idea. But what does it really mean? Aim for specific goals instead, such as eliminating soda, eating five servings of vegetables a day or limiting your daily sugar intake to 30 grams of added sugar,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Losing 10 pounds a week sounds great. But it's an impossible goal that likely will leave you discouraged — and more likely to give up on your efforts. Choosing realistic goals that you can meet will reinforce your efforts and keep you moving forward. Losing one pound per week is a realistic and sustainable goal.”

1. She Has No Time For Body Shamers

Throughout her career, Purrazzo has never been afraid to call out body shamers. In her most recent Instagram post’s caption, Purrazzo once again took time to call out the haters. “I could go on and on about body shaming and cyberbullying, but they don’t deserve the attention.” "Teach your children to not respond to cyberbullying messages. Encourage them to block anyone who cyberbullies, to keep evidence of it and to share it with you," says the Mayo Clinic. "Warning signs of cyberbullying include seeming depressed or upset after spending time online and trying to avoid school or social situations."

2. She’s All About Self-Love

Purrazzo is all about self-love and accepting herself. In the same Instagram post, she talked about the importance of self-love. “I’ll always be LOUD about loving yourself and all that you are, no matter what anyone else has to say,” she wrote. "Once you've identified troubling situations, pay attention to your thoughts about them. This includes what you tell yourself (self-talk) and your interpretation of what the situation means. Your thoughts and beliefs might be positive, negative or neutral. They might be rational, based on reason or facts, or irrational, based on false ideas," says the Mayo Clinic. Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
