"Sometimes I'm gonna put on weight, and sometimes I'm gonna go to the gym and lose it, either way girlies, one day we will be really old and look back at our pics and think 'god I was actually banging, why did I worry so much.' Anyway I'm rambling on now, but you're all beautiful in your own ways, and I hope you all know that," she wrote.

"The art and dance of boxing has long been kept to the sidelines in program design, but the science supporting its health benefits when incorporated into a fitness regimen is growing. In addition to improving overall strength, power, cardiorespiratory health and hand-eye coordination, there is also promising research that boxing can help people diagnosed with Parkinson's disease cope with their balance and coordination," says ACE Fitness.

Jesy hydrates, but with Diet Coke! "Take this water and hydrate," she captioned a photo of herself in a swimsuit sipping on a can. "About 50-75% of your weight is water! Getting enough fluid in your diet is important for everything in your body to work well and be healthy, including your heart, digestion, brain, muscles and skin. Fluids deliver nutrients to your cells, maintain a balance of nutrients, and remove wastes from your body," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Good hydration supports normal energy levels, decreases risk of kidney stones, prevents constipation, and is associated with a reduction in urinary tract infections, high blood pressure, fatal heart disease and stroke."

She Is Finally Happy

After struggling for many years, Jesy opted to leave Little Mix in 2020 and maintains it was great for her mental health. "I'm happy," she told Glamour. "I'm hand-on-heart happy for the first time in years. I used to say I was – even up until recently – but not really feel it. Now I'm a 10 out of 10 happy – maybe nine out of 10 some days – but it's just these past few months that I've actually felt it. The main reason for that is because I've taken control over my life and I've looked after myself. That's the most important thing you can do and that's what I've done. I know this feeling is real because my mum sees it, my sister sees it."
