Jesy Nelson, the former Little Mix star, is drinking a Diet Coke but also extolling the merits of water. “Take this water and hydrate,” she captioned a photo of herself in a swimsuit, posing also with a unicorn inflatable pool raft. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Jesy Nelson stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She, Well, Hydrates

“About 50-75% of your weight is water! Getting enough fluid in your diet is important for everything in your body to work well and be healthy, including your heart, digestion, brain, muscles and skin. Fluids deliver nutrients to your cells, maintain a balance of nutrients, and remove wastes from your body. Good hydration supports normal energy levels, decreases risk of kidney stones, prevents constipation, and is associated with a reduction in urinary tract infections, high blood pressure, fatal heart disease and stroke,” says the Cleveland Clinic.

2. She Hates Jet Lag

“Guys, seriously why is jet lag so disgusting? I feel like I have been awake for a solid three days now,” she once said. “I've never felt jet lag this bad; my eyes are literally burning, and I don't even feel like I'm here, I feel like I am just in a daze constantly….So, if anyone's got any tips on how to overcome the auld jet lag, it would be very much appreciated." How to beat it? “Get plenty of rest before your trip. Starting out sleep-deprived makes jet lag worse,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Gradually adjust your schedule before you leave. If you're traveling east, try going to bed one hour earlier each night for a few days before your departure. Go to bed one hour later for several nights if you're flying west. If possible, eat meals closer to the time you'll be eating them at your destination.”

3. Being Around People She Loves Makes Her Happy

“The last music video we did was the breaking point. We’d been in lockdown, and it was the first time I could have a break and be at home around people that I love,” she told the Sun. “It was the happiest I’d ever felt and I didn’t realise that until I went back to work. I immediately became a different person.”

4. She Eats Balanced Meals

“I’d starve myself at the peak of fame,” Jesy has admitted. “A dietary pattern is the total of what you eat and drink. A healthy dietary pattern includes nutrient-dense foods and beverages from all of the food groups:

  • Vegetables of all types — dark green; red and orange; beans, peas and lentils; starchy and others
  • Fruits, especially whole fruit
  • Grains, at least half of which are whole grain
  • Dairy, including fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt and cheese, and lactose-free or fortified soy beverages and yogurts
  • Protein, including lean meats, poultry and eggs; seafood; beans, peas and lentils; nuts, seeds and soy products
  • Oils, including vegetable oils and oils in food such as seafood and nuts,” says the Mayo Clinic.

5. She’s Taken Control Over Her Life

“I’m happy,” she told Glamour. “I’m hand-on-heart happy for the first time in years. I used to say I was – even up until recently – but not really feel it. Now I’m a 10 out of 10 happy – maybe nine out of 10 some days – but it’s just these past few months that I’ve actually felt it. The main reason for that is because I've taken control over my life and I've looked after myself. That’s the most important thing you can do and that's what I've done. I know this feeling is real because my mum sees it, my sister sees it.”

Victoria Koblenko just posted a new swimsuit photo on Instagram. In it, she sat by the ocean in an orange bathing suit, while drinking from a coconut. Koblenko talked about the importance of staying hydrated in the caption. She says, “Drinking water. We all know that it is essential for our body, but where do you actually learn how it can effectively improve your hydration level?” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Victoria Koblenko stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Takes Small Sips

In her recent Instagram post, Koblenko opened up about her approach to drinking water. She says that she learned to take small sips of water throughout the day. “While fasting I learned a new important insight into hydration. If you drink a lot of water quickly 'borrow' your hydration, because you quickly lose the water again in the toilet and if it's a bit off, add some valuable electrolytes. However, if you take small sips you do increase the hydration level of your body without having to pee often. Small sips are your guarantee that the water will stay in you instead of draining you.”

2. She Drinks Quality Water

Water,Is,PouredShutterstock

In the same Instagram post, Koblenko also talked about the quality of water she drinks. “Next step in hydration is water quality. Drinking water in the Netherlands is good compared to other countries, but not optimal. In nature you can drink live spring water to optimize the quality, but at home? Enriching tap water with electrolytes is an option, but I've also been doubting for a long time about water hardener, kangen water device or a reverse osmosis filter.”

3. She Swims

Koblenko spends a lot of time in the water. She loves to go swimming as a way of staying in shape. Koblenko posts a lot of photos of herself in the water on Instagram. She shared this photo of herself wading in the ocean, captioning it, “Happy weekend!” Koblenko also posted these photos of herself and her family enjoying a pool day in Stone Town, Zanzibar. She captioned the post, “Photo dump from today.”

4. She Paddleboards

Swimming isn’t the only thing Koblenko likes to do in the water. She also loves to go paddleboarding. Koblenko posted this photo on Instagram of herself on her board. She captioned it, “Are you staying cool these hot days? I finally got my long-awaited sup. Going out for a bit today, but tomorrow a neat one will go with to fish for litter plastic. Check stories for how to zen version of this photo.”

5. She Hikes

Koblenko loves to go hiking as a way of staying in shape. She shared this reel on Instagram of herself hiking in the mountains. She captioned the reel, “Royal hike.” According to The Cleveland Clinic, hiking has both mental and physical benefits. “Clear blue skies, flowers in bloom, squirrels frolicking among the trees — being in nature is such a great way to get a natural boost of happiness.”

1. She Takes Care of Her Skin

Kendall maintains a simple approach to skincare. “I’m very simple and lazy with my beauty routine. I wouldn’t say I’m that daring. But I’ve always been super OCD about washing my face—and that’s even before I started modeling. But it’s definitely enhanced now because I wear so much makeup all the time. I wash my face at least two or three times a day,” she told Byrdie. Who helped her create a skincare regimen? “My sisters," she said, “since they’re a little bit older than Kylie and I, they’ve always wanted to help prevent anything that they’ve gone through when they were our age. So they’re like, Never touch your face, never pick your face, always wash your face, and wear eye cream. They literally give us everything that we should do. So ever since then, we’ve started taking skincare really seriously.”

2. She Hydrates

VOGUE World: New York - RunwayJP Yim/Getty Images for Vogue

Kendall prioritizes hydration. She told Vogue that investing in a high quality water bottle helps her drink the water she needs. “You can’t go wrong with an insulated canteen water bottle. Having it on hand reminds me to drink water throughout the day, and I keep it on my bedside table too,” she said. “I typically use Takeya. So, always water to stay hydrated.”

3. She Exercises

Kendall has an exercise confession. “I hate cardio,” she told Byrdie. “I’d rather just stand there and lift some weights than run in place. But I’ll do it!” What exercises does she like? Ab and butt exercises like squats and planks.

4. She Eats Healthy, and Cheats!

Crispy,Kentucky,Fried,Chicken,In,A,Wooden,TableShutterstock

Jenner told Byrdie that her healthy eating diet includes grilled chicken and rice. “But I love everything unhealthy,” she added. “Pizza, fried chicken, everything.”

5. She Meditates Before Bed

Kendall takes time to unwind at the end of her day. “I usually drink tea and relax by reading a book or writing in my journal,” she told Vogue.“I have struggled with anxiety for years and it can have good and bad days. If I need to wind down, I really make a point to take 15 minutes to meditate to settle my anxiety so I can get a good night’s rest.”

1. She Hydrates

Sophie prioritizes hydration. “I want to feel like my best self and I'm really making an effort at the moment to be mindful, to exercise and to drink lots of water at the moment,” she told Grazia. She also loves flavored water. “I've always had a hard time drinking water that lacks any flavor,” she added, “so drinking the right amount everyday has always been a struggle.”

2. She Does Pilates

Sophie’s workout of choice is pilates. “I really love it and I'm seeing a lot of results from it, actually,” she told Grazia. “I'm a bit of a cardio junkie so it took me a while to adjust to a more fluid form of exercise, but I'm there now, I've bitten the bullet.”

3. She Takes Baths

Sophie has a favorite self-care method: Baths. “I love putting on a sheet mask, sinking into a warm bath and using an ice roller on my face,” she told Grazia. “I sit there watching YouTube videos for half an hour, it's a ritual that really helps me calm down and reset.”

4. She Takes Infrared Saunas

Another healthy activity Sophie engages in? "I love to go for an infrared sauna, they're just great and they really help you detox and get rid of any toxins. I go to one in London called 111CRYO and I really recommend it. If not, I'll have a really cold shower - something like that to wake up the body,” Sophie revealed to Heat World.

5. She Reads

Sophie relaxes with a book. "I'm not really into self-help books, but I love nutrition books at the moment and finding out about how nutrition can affect our brains and bodies,” she told Heat World. "Podcast-wise, I'm listening to Deliciously Ella's Delicious Ways To Feel Better and the current one I'm listening to is 'How to build a healthy, happy brain'. It's really interesting."

1. She Likes Cold Water Therapy

Amanda takes cold plunges. Consider a cold shower, too. “Taking cold showers may help you dodge catching the latest… well, cold. Researchers have found that taking icy showers may heighten your immune system and make you more resistant to illness,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “A clinical trial in the Netherlands found that cold showers led to a 29% reduction in people calling off sick from work. Another study even connected cold showers to improved cancer survival.”

2. She Does Not Diet

"You have to enjoy life," she told Mail Online once. "I eat everything. Drink everything. I had a friend once who didn’t make it to her 50s and her biggest regret was she spent her life on a diet. I don't diet."

3. She Runs

Britain's Got Talent Auditions - ArrivalsEamonn M. McCormack/Getty Images

"I like to keep active," she has said. "But I can't stand gyms. I like to run for an hour a week, as I feel great afterwards. It's also time to myself, which is worth its weight in gold." “When it comes to the idea that running is good for the heart, six miles a week may be the magic goal number. In a review study published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings, experts found running about six miles a week — or 52 minutes — may add from three to six years to your life,” says the Mayo Clinic. “The great news is that you don’t have to run a marathon to benefit from exercise. Just getting out there and moving more helps. Exercise benefits many things including your cardiovascular system, and it cuts the risk of some cancers,” Dr. Edward Laskowski, Sports Medicine Physician within the Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center, says.

4. She Worked Up a Sweat During Lockdown

"As a family we've not let this lockdown stop us from exercising," she said on Instagram. "It's actually become an essential hour of our daily lives. Whether it's a home workout, a bike ride, a run or even a walk around the park – working up a sweat is good for your mind, body and soul."

5. She Drinks Coconut Water

Coconut,Water,In,Bottles,On,Light,Background.,Healthy,Drinks,ConceptShutterstock

“I drink loads of water – a lot of coconut water – but I think my skin is genetic because my nan looks amazing at 97,” she once said. “For an active person who engages in high heart rate activity daily, coconut water can be a great way to replace fluid and electrolytes lost through sweat and carbohydrates that were burned as an energy source. When compared to a traditional sports drink, coconut water is made with far fewer processed ingredients while providing much of the same benefit, which is a plus. However, any calorie-containing electrolyte drink—natural or not—is most beneficial during and after exercise and should not be a main fluid source elsewhere throughout the day,” says our sister site Eat This, Not That!.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
