At 58, Jill Zarin is living her best—and healthiest—life. The Real Housewives of New York star and lifestyle brand mogul recently shared some Valentine’s Day photos on social media, showing off her fantastic figure in beachwear. CelebWell reached out to her to find out her secrets to healthy and happy living. “Being aware of yourself and how much you're exercising combined with the foods you're eating is very important to living a healthy life,” she tells us. Read on to learn about 5 ways Jill Zarin stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. I Play Tennis

Jill reveals to CelebWell that she will choose the court over the gym any day. “Playing tennis is my absolute favorite way to get the day started,” she says. “Being outside and hitting the ball is my favorite way to get my body moving. Tennis gets my heart rate up and with the spurts of endurance, it's the most well-rounded form of exercise for me.”

2. I Also Love Pilates

jill-zarin-2Jill Zarin

“My other favorite form of exercise is pilates,” Jill reveals. “Hopping onto my pilates reformer in the morning is a great option for exercising without leaving the house. Pilates is great for my core and works a totally different group of muscles than what I use when I play tennis.”

3. I Cook My Own Food

One of Jill’s secrets to healthy living starts in the kitchen. “I love cooking,” she reveals. “Cooking at home is essential to knowing what you're putting in your body.” Salads, fish, chicken and “tons of cooked vegetables” are usually on the menu in the Zarin household. “Turning on a podcast and cooking in my kitchen is basically my own type of therapy! I often invite my parents over for lunch and dinner and love cooking for them so with that, I definitely want to make nutritious meals with lots of veggies,” she says.

4. I Snack on Fruit

“It's important to make good choices when picking what to snack on. Working from home, it is easy to fall into a rut, so making good choices of your mid-day snacks is a huge help!” Jill says.

“If I'm snacking during the day, it's always on fruit. Her number one pick? Melon. “I will cut it up in the morning so it's easily accessible in between meetings and eat it throughout the day.”

5. I Believe in “Everything in Moderation”

Jill refuses to deprive herself. “I definitely try to be conscious of what I'm eating, but at the same time, not be too hard on myself,” she explains. “I definitely enjoy a sweet every once in a while, and everybody knows I love Diet Coke, but it's everything in moderation, right?”

1. She Is Efficient with Her Diet and Workout

jennifer-lopez-1Jennifer Lopez Instagram

"You got to work out, you got to watch what you eat. It's a job—you've got to buckle down,” Us Weekly confirms J.Lo about how to stay in shape. "In my 20s and 30s I used to work out but not like I do now," she added to InStyle. "It's not that I work out more; I just work out harder and smarter. And it doesn't take me as long as it did in the past. I do it more for my health than I do for looks, which is funny. When you do things for the right reasons, you actually look better!"

2. She Works Out Daily

"Very rarely will I skip my workout," Lopez revealed to Us Weekly. "Sometimes, I work too late the night before, and I'm like, 'Ugh, I can't do this.' But I tell myself, 'Just do it. It's only an hour.' It's just talking yourself off the ledge of being a lazy bum."

3. Exercise Makes Her Happy

"I am 100 percent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy,” Jennifer explained to Hello. “Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that's so good for me is key to my happiness. When my confidence is lagging, I dance. There's something about seeing what my body is capable of and feeling the endorphin rush that comes with a good dance session that really helps boost my confidence and my mood. I still consider myself a dancer at heart and I love it.”

4. Her Diet Is Extremely Disciplined

Oatmeal,Porridge,In,Bowl,Topped,With,Fresh,Blueberries,,Cranberries,AndShutterstock

Lopez drinks a lot of water, per Dodd Romero, her trainer. “She drinks a minimum of seven glasses a day,” he told US Weekly. He also revealed that her diet is clean, consisting of protein, vegetables, fats, carbohydrates and water. She “stays away from processed foods and gets her nutrients from whole sources,” he specifies. Her go-to proteins include egg whites, white meat turkey, chicken breast and grass-fed beef , while she gets her fats from fish rich in omegas like salmon and sea bass and “a handful” of nuts per day. Veggies are also in abundance, however, she avoids carrots and corn as they are higher in sugar than leafy greens. Other menu items include complex carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, rice bread and oatmeal with fresh berries.

5. She Indulges on Occasion

"Throughout the years I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthier […] diet," she explained to People. "I still eat some of the foods I love, but in moderation. I don’t deprive myself."

1. Taylor Hill Loves Her Body

Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Taylor,Hill,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

"I used to hate my body, and I thought I was really ugly," Taylor told Byrdie. "I was so not confident, and becoming a model—and especially a VS girl—has changed my perspective on who I am. It's kind of given me a new light: You're beautiful no matter what you look like, no matter what body type you have. I always envied curvy women because I wasn't that. The grass is always greener, and you'll always have to deal with that. But being a model has helped me embrace my body type. It's hard on some girls, but it actually helped me a lot."

2. Taylor Hill Exercises

Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Taylor,Hill,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

Taylor mixes up her workouts. “I do mainly light weight-lifting and squats when I’m in the gym. My favorite place is Dogpound in NYC,” Taylor revealed to Harper’s Bazaar about her sweat sessions. “But I also do some yoga, pilates and crossfit. It’s important to switch things up so that your body doesn’t get too used to anything.”

3. Taylor Hill Doesn’t Believe in Diets

Stop,Dieting,Red,Sign,With,Sun,BackgroundShutterstock

“I actually don’t stick to any diets, but I eat everything in moderation. Plus, exercising regularly is very important,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. Hr favorite meals? “When I’m in Paris, I always have Japanese udon. And pizzas in New York. I also love spaghetti, and basically everything when I’m in Italy.”

4. Taylor Hills Reads

Brunette,Woman,In,Warm,Sweater,And,Socks,Reading,Book,SittingShutterstock

In her recent post, Taylor shows off the latest book she is reading. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

5. Taylor Hill Works Out with a Personal Trainer

Female,Personal,Trainer,,With,His,Back,Facing,The,Camera,,LookingShutterstock

Taylor enlists the help of a personal trainer to achieve her goals. "I have to use a trainer because I cheat in classes," she told Byrdie. "I'm a natural-born cheater. I cheat on everything—I cheated on tests (don't tell my teachers), I cheat workouts, I eat whatever I want! So I just needed someone to watch me and make sure I'm doing it correctly. When I have an hour, I want to give everything I have to that hour, like, really work out.”

6. Sara Sampaio Does Pilates

Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Sara,Sampaio,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

Sara likes an amped up version of pilates. “I've been doing a lot of SLT. It’s like a really intense Pilates with a machine. I’ve noticed with my body that small movements have done more for my body than the boot camps. My body moves better when it’s very focused on small movements that elongate your body and your muscles,” she told The Cut. “I tried SLT for the first time five or six years ago when I first got to New York. It was really hard, it was too hard. Then I was training for the Victoria’s Secret show last year and gave it another try. I really liked it, it was not as hard. I think they had changed it a little bit. I could actually go through a whole class without feeling like I was going to break down.”

7. Shanina Shaik Works Out with Personal Trainers

London,,England,-,December,02:,Victoria's,Secret,Model,Shanina,ShaikShutterstock

Shanina relies on personal trainers to keep her in runway model form. “I have a few favorite trainers whom I’ve enjoyed following over some time now, including Melissa Wood, Megan Roup of Sculpt Society, and Shannon Nadj of Hot Pilates. It’s extremely motivating to follow their workouts, even from the comfort of home. I usually gravitate toward workouts that incorporate a lot of Pilates. My favorite moves are making small circles and stretching your legs with ankle bands. Lastly, I like to use a resistance band, pointing your feet and pulsing up and down; it’s great for the inner and outer thighs,” Shanina revealed to Hum Nutrition.

8. Kelsey Merritt Does Two a Days

New,York,,Ny,-,February,05:,Kelsey,Merritt,Attends,TheShutterstock

Kelsey works out not once, but twice a day. "The past few months I've been working out everyday—and sometimes twice a day. This past week I did pilates, if I feel good then I'll do 30 minutes of cardio. I always make sure to put cardio in my workouts. I'll do SoulCycle, then I'll go on the treadmill. I will do strength training with a personal trainer at Dogpound,” she told Elle.

9. Jasmine Tookes Balances Diet with Exercise

New,York,,Ny,-,November,13:,Model,Jasmine,Tookes,WalksShutterstock

Jasmine fuels her workouts with food. “I love to eat tons of food with lots of carbs. I balance it with working out. But generally, I try to be very clean and eat healthy, and always have a lot of protein. I do have a lot of cheat days. I feel like you should be able to eat what you want,” she told The Cut. One of her cheat meals? “I love to have hot wings and French fries,” she said.

10. Hailey Bieber Sticks to A Primarily Plant-Based Diet

Hailey eats as plant-based as possible, because it makes her feel good."I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine," she told Harper's Bazaar. "I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils." Her diet involves "a lot of vegetables and fish, not much meat, minimal dairy,” she told Byrdie. "I just feel better when I eat that way."

11. Alessandra Ambrosio Allows Herself to Indulge

Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Alessandra,Ambrosio,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

Alessandra used to go to extremes to stay in shape, but avoids dieting now. "After having Anja I only had three months to lose all the weight [before doing the 2008 Victoria's Secret show] and I was on this 1,200-calorie-a-day meal-delivery service that I hated. I couldn't do that again," she told The Edit. "Whenever I start to diet, everything goes downhill,” she added. “So if I want a little bite of dark chocolate on a plane or a cocktail with friends on the weekend, I'll have it. In fact, I'll drink a glass of red wine with dinner most nights, and two or three times a week I'll have a cup of tea and a cupcake with Anja, who's as obsessed with red velvet as I am.”

12. Candice Swanepoel Has a “Balanced” Approach to Wellness

London,,England,-,December,02:,Victoria's,Secret,Model,Candice,SwanepoelShutterstock

Candice focuses on upholding a balanced lifestyle. “It’s being happy and healthy. I don’t like restrict myself from certain foods that I want, or kill myself at the gym. It’s really what’s comfortable for my body at the time and what’s best at that moment,” she told The Cut.

13. Kelly Gale Eats Clean and Exercises

Paris,,France,-,November,30:,Kelly,Gale,Walks,The,RunwayShutterstock

Kelly tries to exercise daily. “Usually on my days off, and sometimes before going to set – I end up heading to pilates, boxing or jump rope and when that gets boring, I go rock climbing with friends or find some other activity we can tackle,” she revealed to V Magazine, adding to Grazia that she works out “for a few hours” and does “a lot” of walking. She also eats clean.“My diet generally consists of fresh, organic produce (all veggies, nuts, seafood, occasional eggs and lots of raw vegan dark chocolate) and superfoods everyday such as chlorella and spirulina. If I ever need an immune booster I have tons of ginger, tumeric and baobab,” she said. It “takes a while to get used to healthier foods if you’re used to eating crap, or if you have been brought up eating a certain kind of way,” she admitted. “To me, almost everything clean and healthy taste good and you can always play around and make it taste even better.” Another way she sets herself up for healthy eating success is preparation. “When I’m traveling, I always bring a big variety of healthy snacks and superfoods – usually opting for vegetables and fish or seafood when ordering food or on set.”

14. Izabel Goulart Juices

London,,England,-,December,02:,Victoria's,Secret,Model,Izabel,GoulartShutterstock

Izabel drinks a lot of juices. “The first thing I do in the morning is prepare fresh juice. I have 15 different recipes, which I drink for 15 days consecutively. Then I repeat the recipes from the beginning for the next 15 days of the month. My juices include fruit, vegetables, leafy greens, and even grains. After a workout, I have a protein drink and always keep a protein bar in my bag," she told Vogue.

15. Miranda Kerr Drinks Lemon Water

New,York,,Ny,-,November,09:,Miranda,Kerr,Models,TheShutterstock

Miranda relies on lemon water to keep her digestive system working. “Hot water with lemon to start the day, it's really good and it stimulates the digestive systems,” she told Elle UK. After downing that, she moves on to another trendy beverage. “And then after that I have my cold-pressed green juice every day. And it has like kale, spinach, cucumber, celery.”

16. Doutzen Kroes Dances

New,York,-,November,19:,Victoria's,Secret,Fashion,Show,ModelShutterstock

Doutzen dances her way to a hot body. Her favorite workout is Ballet Beautiful with Mary Helen Bowers, which she takes three times a week. “It keeps everything tight. I’ve worked out with her for two years and I really like the results,” she told Vogue. “I used to always box and run, and with boxing, I would build a lot of muscle. After I had my son [Phyllon, age 3½], I started doing ballet. It makes you long and lean—it’s like the Pilates look.”

Jill Zarin was one of the stars of The Real Housewives of New York City in its first four seasons. She recently enjoyed a trip to beautiful Croatia. Zarin posted some highlights from the trip on Instagram. In them, she enjoyed time on a boat and went on a walk. Zarin captioned the post, “The BEST boat day in Dubrovnik, Croatia! We did a full tour of the old town and then got picked up by this fabulous restaurant to take us to another island. Finally getting to posting from our family trip and can’t wait to share what we did!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Jill Zarin stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She’s Happy

Jill.Zarin.1Jill Zarin/Instagram

Zarin opened up about life and wellness secrets in an interview with New You. In it, she talked about what happiness looks like to her. “My secret to happiness is not being in pain physically or emotionally, and I work hard at that emotionally, making sure that my life is in order. Happiness is also that my family is healthy, and I’m very blessed that my parents are still alive and well. Those are the things that make me happy as well as laughing.”

2. She’s All About Self Care

Women's,Feet,She,Was,Bathing,In,A,A,Bathtub,WithShutterstock

Zarin shared her favorite self-care practices with New You. “I believe you should upkeep your eyebrows, nails, and hair because all of those things are important. That’s self-care, keeping yourself looking good, not just for your husband, but for yourself. I never used to take baths, but it has become a part of my routine to take time out for a bath, turn off the phone, and turn off the lights. While doing so, I will light my manifestation candle.”

3. She Sets Goals

New,York,,Ny,-,November,2,,2021:,Jill,Zarin,AttendsShutterstock

Zarin talked about building a company and brand in her New You interview. “I think it’s really important that you set expectations and goals. It’s an evolution. There’s no one answer. But like any brand, I’d love to be a household name in the global picture. We started as a mask company; then we came up with our candles. Not just any candles but crystal manifestation candles because that’s what’s needed in the universe right now.”

4. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Jill.Zarin.4Jill Zarin/Instagram

Zarin shared her skincare secrets in her New You interview. “I usually use a makeup remover again in the morning because sometimes it doesn’t come off at night, and I put on a moisturizer not just on my face but also on my hands. In my family, genetically, our hands get older than our faces. My grandmother had very aged hands and had many birthmarks on them, most likely from the sun damage because most people don’t put sunscreen on their hands. Your hands and your face are out in the world all the time, and the rest of your body is pretty much covered. If there’s one thing you learned today, put sunscreen on your hands because they do age, and you can’t get it back. Once it gets to that point, you can’t unroll it.”

5. She Cooks

Jill.Zarin.5Jill Zarin/Instagram

Zarin likes to cook meals for herself. On Instagram, she shared her recipe for bruschetta. "I’m making tomato mozzarella basil on chiabatta pressed with @cuisinart machine from @bedbathandbeyond. I used the extra bread and mix with @mikesdeliarthuravenue rosemary olive oil or garlic flavored for croutons. My doctor said I need to put on 10 pounds... I’m too thin!"

At 25, Bella Hadid is a well-known supermodel and entrepreneur. She also owns social media. Sunday, she posted a photo of herself in a swimsuit top and short shorts, with just a star emoji as a caption. “....& when she’s even more beautiful on the inside,” commented Francesca Aiello. How does the talent stay so fit while keeping so busy? Read on to see 5 ways Bella Hadid stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. This is Her Daily Workout

She says this is her daily workout. "When time is on my side, I train with my coach for intensive sessions. I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes. We keep the routines varied, so the sessions are always fun,” she told Vogue France.

2. Her Nutritionist Has This Take on Why Food Matters

Dior Dinner - The 74th Annual Cannes Film FestivalArnold Jerocki/Getty Images for Dior

“For me, wellness is allowing your body to function properly and efficiently. Physically, mentally, emotionally, and physiologically by creating the environment your cells need to be able to easily do their job. Providing them with the energy, environment, and resources that they need to be healthy,” chiropractor and nutritionist Charles Passler, who has reportedly advised Hadid, tells Coveteur. “It’s really about the cells! Think about it: We’re an accumulation of cells. We are taking care [of] our cells and allowing them to function properly by providing them, like I said, with the resources, the environment, the energy they need to get the job done.”

3. Her Nutritionist Says This is How to Eat

"Annette" & Opening Ceremony Red Carpet - The 74th Annual Cannes Film FestivalSamir Hussein/WireImage

“It’s adequate protein, adequate fat, and lots and lots and lots of non-starchy vegetables,” Passler told People. “That is typically the most bulletproof, easiest, soundproof way to make sure that somebody stays on track.” He went on: “If you eat a lot of carbohydrates, with your protein and your fat, the body’s going to use the carbohydrates for fuel first,” he says. “The body loves using carbs for fuel. So the body’s going to soak up all of those carbs, and if then you don’t need any more fuel, the body’s going to just turn the extra calories from the fat and the protein into body fat. So by eliminating the carbohydrates, and consuming the protein and the fat, it not only keeps your calories down, but it keeps your energy stable.”

4. Bella Co-Founded Her Own Drink Brand

Hadid co-founded, with Jen Batchelor, Kin Euphorics, a supplement drink that has different flavors with different effects on your brain (some give energy, some help you sleep). “we are the first braincare beverage & the first drink to sit boldly at the intersection of feeling good & living well. science + magic,” she has said. “No matter who you are, or what you do, Kin is for you. Kin is for the busy, multi-tasker. Kin is for the chiller. The artist. The writer. The wall street business hu-man, the college student, the mother, the stay at home father, the creatives, the hard worker of any form. People universally will benefit from Kin. Once you try it, you just know. Whether you are sober, trying to cut down, or just want something to mix with, Kin will be the first to bring brain care to the bar.”

5. She Has Had Anxiety and Dealt With It

Louis Vuitton Parfum Hosts Dinner at Fondation Louis Vuitton - PhotocallJulien M. Hekimian/Getty Images for Louis Vuitton

“As many of you know, I have suffered from extreme depression and anxiety for most of my teenage and adult life,” Hadid wrote once. “Since I was 14, I had tried everything to help myself feel better. After years of social drinking at work event after work event, along with suffering from different immune problems as well, my body started to tell me ‘NO’. I wasn’t able to go out anymore with the work schedule I had. My social anxiety was something that slowly crept up on me as I grew into my twenties. It got harder for me to go out without having one drink to calm my nerves, which made me not want to go out at all, so I was just hibernating between jobs. With a life that is constantly pushing a social regime, along with working 13 hour days, every single day, I knew this wasn’t a sustainable life for me. So I searched and scoured for anything holistic that would help with my chronic exhaustion, depression and anxiety. Asking myself and the universe that maybe since I had been so lucky in other aspects of my life, that this low vibration was just where I would have to stay. Until the universe brought me to Jen and KIN!”

1. She Prioritizes Mental Health

The 21st Annual Critics' Choice Awards - ArrivalsJason Merritt/Getty Images

Jennifer revealed she is a huge fan of therapy. "Therapy [is] a wonderful amount of just trying to understand it and also give examples of what I do not want to become. Watching behavior of what I will never become. Seeing people I love get lost, lose the plot. You can only help someone as much as they're willing to be helped,” she explained. "I do believe that at the core of everyone there is goodness. Watching people in my life go through hardships and just hold onto resentment and watching that eat them away. Forgiveness is not in their vocabulary. That's a real shame because I believe that that is really an important thing to be able to forgive people."

2. She Uses Sleep Apps

LA Premiere Of Netflix's "Murder Mystery" - ArrivalsSteve Granitz/WireImage

Jennifer revealed that good sleep is her secret to feeling her strongest. “That's when our cells are rejuvenating, right?” she said. One of the ways she gets her z’s? Sleep apps, revealing she uses five of them. “I have this little device just for sleep apps and meditations, and I've been trying to go to bed earlier. It's hard. The world shuts down, the phone stops ringing, and that's when I can have ‘me time.’ I can watch a show and just sort of putter.”

3. She Exhibits Serious Willpower

Premiere Of Universal Pictures' "Wanderlust" - ArrivalsJason Merritt/Getty Images

Sometimes Jennifer cheats when it comes to her diet, but she manages to limit herself to one morsel. “A chip. Crunch, crunch, crunch,” she joked when asked about her go-to stress-eating food. “Usually. I'm good at that. I can have one M&M, one chip. I know, that's so annoying.”

4. She Relies On the 15-15-15 Workout

Athlete,Woman,Runs,In,The,Spring,Forest.,Young,Female,RunnerShutterstock

Jennifer tries to exercise daily. “I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,” she explained. “I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”

5. She Won’t Drink Sugary Drinks

Margarita,Cocktail,On,Dark,Stone,Table.,With,Space,For,YourShutterstock

Jennifer revealed that her go-to alcoholic beverage doesn’t have any added sugar in it. “A margarita — clean, no sugar — or a dirty martini,” she revealed. “I only have two to three drinks, tops, and I don't do exotic. When someone asks, ‘Would you like a cranberry-coconut-cucumber-spiced or hibiscus whatever?’ No, I would not. But when I moved into my house, a few people got me tequilas of the month as housewarming gifts. I have a cellar of all kinds of spirits — you could come here and probably order anything you wanted to.”

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail Ratchford’s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

She UsesMyFitnessPal

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Pilates

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Balanced Diet

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. I’ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. That’s my new thing—I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,” she told Men’s Fitness. The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills
