And in this one, she makes a chicken salad, captioning it, "Y'all better go get one of these!" In December 2022, Anais published a cookbook.
She Remembers To Stretch
Anais remembers to stretch before she works out. She revealed some of her favorite things to do at the beginning of this video she posted on her YouTube channel. "The first five minutes of this workout is going to be stretching," she says. "It's very important to stretch before you workout. I know usually I don't show it, but I always, always do." In it, Anais is seen doing things like shoulder rolls and hamstring stretches.

Anais loves to do leg and lower body exercises. In the same YouTube video, she revealed some of her go-to moves. Anais loves to do different kinds of squats. In her video, she is seen doing squats, squat jumps, squats with a side leg lift, and lunges. "You do wanna do these slow and steady," she advises.
She Does Planks
Anais likes to workout her entire body. One thing she likes to do are planks. In her YouTube video, she is seen holding a plank for 30 seconds. "Make sure your back is flat," she advised her viewers. Planks help improve core and arm strength as well as alignment. "The plank is one of those exercises that do not go out of style and this has a good reason: when it comes to rating workouts, no exercise is better than the plank in terms of time and effectiveness," says certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor Emperatriz Chacon. "It is an exercise in which body weight is used and the core and abdominal muscles are worked, among other parts of the body. What does that mean? That with this single exercise you can work multiple muscle groups. In addition, it is much easier on the back and can help prevent injuries, it increases muscle definition, improves posture and improves balance—this movement challenges the whole body and burns more calories than a traditional exercise routine."
