She Preps Her Gym Clothes

Isabella revealed her secrets to working out on a consistent basis in an interview with House of LBD. She says that one of her biggest secrets is planning ahead. "For me, prep is key. So if I make my meals for the day the night before, my work clothes are picked out and ironed, and I have my gym stuff looked out, then when my alarm goes off I'm in the morning I'm like 'right you- get up! You wanted to gym last night, you're just being lazy.'"

She Has A Gym Buddy

Isabella tells House Of LBD what her biggest workout motivation is. She says that she stays motivated by working out with a friend. "A gym buddy is the biggest motivator though," she says. "Can endure the pain together." " Feel free to mix up your routines and exercises. Find a move you really like? Great. Have a workout buddy? Even better," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Exercise should be fun," personal trainer Tim Carter tells the Clinic. "It's something you should feel excited about and not dreading."

She Makes Green Juices

Isabella loves to make green juices. She posted this photo of a green juice she made on Instagram. She shared her recipe in the caption, writing, "175ml water. 0.5 medium avocado. 1 cup of spinach. 20g protein powder. 0.5 banana." Here's one from the Mayo Clinic:

"Ingredients

  1. 1 banana
  2. Juice of 1 lemon (about 4 tablespoons)
  3. 1/2 cup strawberries
  4. 1/2 cup other berries, such as blackberries or blueberries
  5. 2 ounces fresh raw baby spinach (about 2 cups)
  6. Fresh mint to taste
  7. 1 cup cold water or ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or juicer and puree. Enjoy."

She Boxes

Isabella likes to box as a way to stay in shape. She posted this photo and video from the gym on Instagram. She wrote in the caption, "Rocky's back. 6 weeks, I've been training with @goldmedalpersonaltraining and besides the fact I'm the fittest I've ever been, it's so enjoyable!!"

She Works With A Personal Trainer

In the same Instagram post, Isabella is seen boxing with a personal trainer. She says that having a PT has helped her stay motivated to work out. "Nothing worse than working out feeling like a chore," she wrote. "I've never seen the point of getting a PT, but now I bloody do."
