1. She Exercises
Joana works out regularly and shares her routines on social media. In one clip, she runs in place with exercise bands around her ankles for resistance. She also lifts weight, climbs on an elliptical machine, and does a variety of other leg workouts with ankle weights. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans
2. She Boxes and Kickboxes
Joana also enjoys boxing and kickboxing, sharing her routine on her Instagram Stories. “You know what? You can do whatever you want,” she wrote on one of them. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs.”
3. She Runs
Joana also runs on the treadmill. “No pain no gain,” she captioned one of her Instagram Stories, running fast and hard. She also runs outdoors. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.
4. She Drinks Coffee

Joana loves a cup of coffee. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. 5. Her Diet Is Healthy
