JoJo Levesque, who rose to fame with her debut single Leave (Get Out), recently posted a photo of herself laying on towel in an animal-print bathing suit. The caption reads, teasingly, “tel me u see the lil paw on the towel.” Only then goes the eye away from the singer and actress and you see a dog's paw in the corner. 1. She Does Cardio!
In this video we see JoJo performing some boxing moves with her training. Boxing provides not only a good outlet for that pent-up stress, but also is a good cardio exercise! To Hot New Hip Hop, the R&B star opens up about something she learned from her mom: “She's really set the tone for me with how activity is a non-negotiable part of a day. When I move away from that, because I can definitely fall into ruts where I'm not working out or I'm not being active, I feel it. Being active and sweating, getting your heart rate up, that's releasing free, good drugs in your brain, and I want those drugs. I try to stay consistent with it because it just makes me feel better.” It’s another reminder to take those walking shoes out and take a stroll around the block.
