Jordana Brewster is taking the polar bear plunge! The star of the Fast & Furious franchise showed off her swimsuit body on Monday, jumping into a pool next to one of her sons and her dog and sharing the photo on social media. How does the 41-year-old mother-of-two stay in such fabulous shape? Read on for 7 things Jordana Brewster does to stay in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Exercises

Jordana works out first thing in the morning. “I get up at, like, 5:15 a.m. every morning to run. I like treadmills—it hurts my knees too much to run outside. [My mom] is still a member at [a gym]. She’s in her mid-60s, and she works out. So I really got that from her, and I still defer to her,” she told Health.

2. She Uses an Activity Tracker

Wearable,Device,,Wirst,Watch,Type,Sports,Tracker,And,Pink,ColoredShutterstock

Jordana, who trains with Harley Pasternak, uses an activity tracker and tries to meet daily goals. “I also go on hikes, which is really nice. I need to get steps in,” she said. “I need to be outside and breathing fresh air. I’m so lucky that I live in L.A., where I can do that, because otherwise I would go absolutely stir-crazy.”

3. Her Workouts Are Tough

Jordana’s workouts involve a lot of weights, squats, and ab exercises, and she often posts about them on Instagram. “I work out six days a week. I like to change up my workout so I never get bored,” she explained to Hollywood Life. “Once a week, I take a class at Body by Simone. I love dance classes and body sculpting classes. It’s just fun to get in a room and dance and listen to good music.”

4. She Doesn’t Count Calories or Pay Attention to Pounds

Jordana tries to maintain a healthy approach to her health. “I am a control freak, so I went through phases where I was obsessed with the number on the scale and I didn’t want to deviate. I was never anorexic, but I was definitely too controlled to be healthy,” she revealed to Health. “Now, I just try to think about modeling good behavior for my kids, who love treats. And, paying attention to if I am full or just eating mindlessly.”

5. She Maintains Balance

Jordana explained to Health that wellness “is all about balance and feeling comfortable in your skin,” but that sometimes it involves giving up things that you love. “I think that sometimes you have to be shaken out of complacency to get back to wellness. Like, for example, I love sugar so much—I am a sugar junkie. Recently, Harley said to me, ‘You need to figure this out.’ I appreciated his bluntness because he was right. I would have Swedish Fish with my kids—and M&M’s and Tootsie Rolls are my weakness. And I was often replacing lunch with frozen yogurt instead of actual food. Not great.”

6. Don’t Doesn’t Drink Calories

“I hate smoothies, and I hate juices,” she told Health. “I like chewing. So I steam tons of vegetables and add avocado. And then I have soup with chicken or salmon for at least one of my meals. And then I’m getting all my vegetables in one meal, and I don’t really have to worry about it after that. So it’s about checking in and making sure you’re living as balanced a life as possible.”

7. She Eats Organic and Clean

Healthy,Homemade,Mason,Jar,Salad,With,Chickpea,And,Veggies,-Shutterstock

Jordana's goal is to eat as clean and healthy as possible. “I try to eat as natural as possible, and I try to eat organic,” Jordana dished to Hollywood Life. “I also try to avoid processed food.”

Jadyn Jannasch is heating up social media with her latest swimsuit snaps. The gorgeous blonde, rumored girlfriend of Dallas Cowboys star Dak Prescott, shows off her incredible figure while on a boat in one of her latest posts. “Yours,” she captioned the steamy snap. Who exactly is the gorgeous influencer and how does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 things to know about Jadyn Jannasch including how she stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Swims

The primary way that Jannasch stays in shape is by swimming. In high school, she lettered four years at Frisco High School in Dallas where she is from, and was named First Team State all of those years. She has been swimming at LSU for three years and specializes in breaststroke, per her LSU bio.

2. She Prioritizes Her Education

Jadyn might show off her booty, but she also takes care of her brain. The star athlete will be entering her senior year in the fall and majoring in mass communications.

3. She Has a Swimming Buddy – Her Brother

Jadyn clearly grew up with a workout buddy. Her brother, Jack, was also a swimmer at LSU. She says that “the amazing atmosphere, coaches, and the extreme want to be able to swim on the same team as her brother,” is one of the reasons she chose the school. “Last time on the block… and in the water 🥹! Sooo proud!” her father captioned a video of her brother earlier this year.

4. She Models on the Side

Jadyn obviously knows how to pose for the camera. While swimming and getting an education might be her top priority, she also shares modeling photos on the side.

5. She Loves the Hot Tub

In her latest social media posts, Jadyn soaks up the attention of her followers in a hot tub on a boat. Soaking in hot water can help you sleep and even help with minimizing anxiety and depression. One recent study found that baths, which are virtually the same things as jacuzzis, may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Nicole Scherzinger seems fearless. So it was no surprise to see her sitting, Zen-like, in freezing cold water, in an outdoor tub from Cold Plunge. “3°C 39°F, 6 minute cold plunge. You have to breath through to break through,” she captioned it, adding a fist emoji. “Let’s get it. @the.coldplunge #manamonday.” The song “Who I Am” by LATASHÁ played with the video. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 7 ways Nicole Scherzinger stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Takes a Cold Plunge

“Cold water immersion is an ancient practice that has roots in many different cultures, particularly those in high latitudes. Scandinavians have long lauded the post-sauna cold dip as a way to rinse off toxins, jump-start blood flow, and release endorphins. Even Hippocrates and Thomas Jefferson avowed the benefits of soaking in cold water,” reports Discover Magazine. “Swimming or submerging in cold water has gained popularity with the mainstream as a way to boost immune systems, build resilience to stress, and treat inflammation — especially during the pandemic as people search for simple, close-to-home ways to improve their wellbeing.”

2. She Does Yoga

Premiere Of FOX's "The Masked Singer" Season 2 - ArrivalsAlberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images

“Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga,” says Johns Hopkins. “Try Downward Dog Pose: Get on all fours, then tuck your toes under and bring your sitting bones up, so that you make a triangle shape. Keep a slight bend in your knees, while lengthening your spine and tailbone.”

3. She Drinks Cold-Pressed Green Juice

FOX Summer TCA 2019 All-Star Party - ArrivalsGregg DeGuire/FilmMagic

A green juice can be a refreshing way to start the day, as can a green smoothie. Add some flaxseeds. “High in omega-3 fats, flaxseeds are an indispensable source of plant-based fatty acids necessary for those who are vegetarian or don't particularly enjoy eating fish. They also contain very high levels of lignans, which are plant-based compounds showing amazing health benefits in cancer prevention and hormone balance,” says our sister site Eat This, Not That!

4. She Drinks Tea

Asian,Tea,Set,-,Iron,Teapot,And,Ceramic,Teacups,WithShutterstock

Nicole has Japanese tea, served hot, for her breakfast. “Whether you drink black, oolong or green tea, they’re all produced from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis bush. Tea leaves from C. sinensis are loaded with flavonoids and other polyphenols, which work as antioxidants,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Some evidence suggests drinking black tea may lower the risk of heart attack and atherosclerosis and reduce kidney stone risk in women. Drinking green or black tea may reduce the risk of developing several cancers, including bladder, esophageal and pancreatic cancers. Drinking black, oolong or green tea appears to lower the risk of ovarian cancer.”

5. She Runs

The Fashion Awards 2019 - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

“When you start out on your run, your body goes through a transition: Your breathing may become heavy, and you might notice your pulse quicken as the heart pumps harder to move oxygenated blood to your muscles and brain,” says Johns Hopkins. “As you hit your stride, your body releases hormones called endorphins. Popular culture identifies these as the chemicals behind ‘runner’s high,’ a short-lasting, deeply euphoric state following intense exercise. Surveys have revealed runner’s high to be rather rare, however, with a majority of athletes never experiencing it.”

6. She Doesn’t Deprive Herself

“I don’t deprive myself of anything,” Nicole has said, according to People. “I have everything in moderation.” One catch though: “When I’m really watching my weight, I refrain from eating late at night,” she says.

7. She Loves the Beach

Nicole shares photos from the beach quite a bit, including just last week. “Mentally I’m here. Physically I’m at home, cleaning my oven,” she captioned the recent Instagram post.

American Pickers star Danielle Colby is sharing one of her favorite hobbies with fans: underwater swimming. Colby posted a photo of herself along with a quote by David Lynch, looking serene in a two piece swimsuit. “Meditation is to dive all the way within, beyond thought, to the source of thought and pure consciousness. It enlarges the container, every time you transcend. When you come out, you come out refreshed, filled with energy and enthusiasm for life,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Colby stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Swim

Colby is an accomplished underwater swimmer. "Every time I go for a swim I feel like the earth and my incredible swim colleagues have enabled me to have experienced something pretty amazing," says Dr Jenny Martin, a physician and clinical pharmacologist at the University of Newcastle. "You get a release of hormones that make you feel good, like the molecules that are in morphine drugs, and other feel-good hormones like serotonin, dopamine. After an ocean swim in winter, you sometimes get a temporary natural high when you get out … definitely a euphoric feeling."

2. Paddle Boarding

Colby shares her adventures with paddle boarding on her social media. “I had a breakthrough today with @rinconpaddleboards I have never been able to root myself properly for longer duration. I could get up but it didn’t last long,” she says. “Damiano took the time during our private lesson to break down every detail of what’s happening on the board, in the water and in my body and how to respond for more stability. I have a long way to go and needs to stay lower and work on arm placement but I felt so happy with today’s lesson🎉 I always Learn so much.”

3. She’s a Dancer

Colby is a professional dancer, something she says changed her life from day one. “I discovered Burlesque in Chicago quite some time ago, years and years ago- I was addicted from the first show,” she says. “There’s something very empowering about Burlesque. I started learning right away, I started performing way too soon! There’s some great video footage to prove that. But it’s all been a really fun journey, even watching old videos, it’s cool to see how much more at ease I am with myself and with my audience. But it’s funny, I have maintained the same lumbering stance since I started. There’s nothing delicate about me on stage, I just throw my guts out there and then I walk away and let people sort out what they saw.”

4. Mental Health and Confidence

Colby says giving back to the community is one of the best ways to gain happiness and confidence. “My advice, for what it’s worth… If you’re trying to gain or regain confidence, don’t do it through Burlesque,” she says. “Help in your community, educate yourself, travel, find where your real strength lies.”

5. Embracing Her Unique Looks

Colby is famous for her many tattoos, something she considers a “storyline” for her life. “I don’t think I took collecting tattoos seriously at first,” she says. “I mean my first tattoo was an LBT tribal tramp stamp of a butterfly…Ha! I have definitely acquired some more impressive tattoos since then but I collect them for the story. I’m not afraid of people judging the work I have on my body, it’s a storyline for myself. I love it when my friends work on me, I love to collect the memories, I cannot have an artist work on me that I don’t feel close with. I have to feel a sense of kinship I’ve been very fortunate to find that across-the-board with my tattoo artists.”

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail Ratchford’s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

She UsesMyFitnessPal

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Pilates

Golden girl Abigail Ratchford is spotted out on the town

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Balanced Diet

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body.
