"I'm always on the go and I wanna stay focused, but when I leave the country or just even leave the state, if I'm there for a week, a month, two weeks, however long, I don't wanna go find a gym, get a membership, leave the hotel even." She added: "These are really, really good for building muscle and just toning, especially."
