Jordyn takes shots daily, but not the kind that get you drunk. “I try to take a shot of apple cider vinegar a day,” she revealed to Elle Canada. “I mix it with water just because it’s too acidic normally. It just doesn’t taste too nice.”
2. She Puts in Time at the Gym

Jordyn prioritizes fitness. “I try to do at least 20 to 30 minutes of cardio, starting to warm up and get your heart rate going. And then it’s good to always do abs. So every time you work out, do 30 minutes of cardio, always do abs, and then each day you can focus on a different part of your body. So one day you can focus on weight lifting for your arms and shoulders, one day for your back and one day for your legs,” she told Elle Canada. She regularly shares her workouts on social media, like this reel on Instagram of herself practicing strength based exercises, like lifting weights, and using ropes. "Today was tough, but we made it!!!" she captioned it.
3. She Plays Team Sports

Jordyn also stays fit by playing sports with friends. In this reel she shoots hoops with friends. "Yes I train like an athlete, no I have no other reason except for the fact that I enjoy it," she captioned it. She also revealed on Instagram that she likes to play baseball. "Just a little baseball game to bring in the Labor Day weekend yesterday," she captioned another reel.

5. She Brings Resistance Bands Everywhere
Jordyn is a big fan of resistance bands. "I'm always traveling," she has said. "I'm always on the go and I wanna stay focused, but when I leave the country or just even leave the state, if I'm there for a week, a month, two weeks, however long, I don't wanna go find a gym, get a membership, leave the hotel even." She added: "These are really, really good for building muscle and just toning, especially."
6. She Loves Group Fitness

Jordyn is a big fan of group fitness classes. “I love SoulCycle, actually,” she told Elle Canada. “I used to do it a lot more often, and it’s such a good way to work out because you sweat – you’re bicycling the whole time. They always play good music, and just have a really good vibe.”

Jordyn prioritizes a healthy diet. “I really like smoothies. Like a protein shake or a fruit smoothie. Or an apple. They’re easy, ‘cause after I workout, I don’t want to eat anything too heavy,” she dished to Elle Canada. She also stays away from greasy food. “I try to not eat too much fast food, but if I am going to go to a fast-food restaurant, it’s most likely In-N-Out back home, or Shake Shack in New York. And I love sushi.”
