1

Take a Shot of ACV Daily

Jordyn is one of the many stars who swear by ACV shots. "I try to take a shot of apple cider vinegar a day," she told Elle Canada. "I mix it with water just because it's too acidic normally. It just doesn't taste too nice."

Train Hard

Jordyn puts in a lot of time at the gym. "I try to do at least 20 to 30 minutes of cardio, starting to warm up and get your heart rate going. And then it's good to always do abs. So every time you work out, do 30 minutes of cardio, always do abs, and then each day you can focus on a different part of your body. So one day you can focus on weight lifting for your arms and shoulders, one day for your back and one day for your legs," she told Elle Canada. She also posted this reel on Instagram of herself practicing strength based exercises, like lifting weights, and using ropes. Woods captioned the reel, "Today was tough, but we made it!!!"

Play Team Sports

When she isn't at the gym, you might find Jordyn playing sports with friends. She recently shared this reel on Instagram of herself playing basketball with some friends. "Yes I train like an athlete, no I have no other reason except for the fact that I enjoy it," she captioned it. She also revealed on Instagram that she likes to play baseball. "Just a little baseball game to bring in the Labor Day weekend yesterday," she captioned another reel.

Take the Stairs

On Instagram, Jordyn once suggested to her followers that there are little changes you can make in your life to burn more calories. "Take the stairs instead of taking the elevator or the escalator. Just make a conscience effort to do something to help benefit your well-being because your physical health can even help your mental health," she said.

5

Use Resistance Bands

Jordyn brings BN_D resistance bands with her so she can get in a workout wherever she is. "I'm always traveling," she has said. "I'm always on the go and I wanna stay focused, but when I leave the country or just even leave the state, if I'm there for a week, a month, two weeks, however long, I don't wanna go find a gym, get a membership, leave the hotel even." She added: "These are really, really good for building muscle and just toning, especially."

6

Try a Class

Jordyn also likes group fitness. "I love SoulCycle, actually," she told Elle Canada. "I used to do it a lot more often, and it's such a good way to work out because you sweat – you're bicycling the whole time. They always play good music, and just have a really good vibe."

7

Eat Healthy

Jordyn drinks her nutrients. "I really like smoothies. Like a protein shake or a fruit smoothie. Or an apple. They're easy, 'cause after I workout, I don't want to eat anything too heavy," she told Elle Canada. She also tries to avoid food that isn't good for her. "I try to not eat too much fast food, but if I am going to go to a fast-food restaurant, it's most likely In-N-Out back home, or Shake Shack in New York. And I love sushi."
