1. She Celebrates Diversity
Grace opened up about how she got into wrestling to Muscle and Fitness. She says that she was inspired by the diverse wrestlers, and wants to continue celebrating this. “I think (I liked the stronger girls best) because they were so different from what WWE mostly had then. They had the Diva Search, which was people that were models who were basically in for a modeling gig, and [had] never wrestled at all. That was what I grew up seeing. It’s extremely great to see those types of women (like Phoenix and Chyna). We should appreciate diversity in terms of race, height, nationality. I think it’s important for kids to see that because they can relate to it.”
2. She Works Out Every Day
Being a professional wrestler, Grace has to stay in shape. She says to Muscle and Fitness that she aims to work out every day. “I usually try to get in the gym every day,” she says. “If it’s not an intense day then I’ll try to do some kind of mobility training, but I try to go at least once per day.”
3. She Splits Up Cardio
Grace admits to Muscle and Fitness that she isn’t a big fan of cardio. However, she aims to still do cardio as often as she can. She says that her secret is splitting it up into small segments. “Recently, I’ve been doing twice-a-day because I really hate doing cardio. I’m sure a lot of people can relate to that, so I try to split that up to a different time in the day.”
4. She Does Yoga
One workout Grace likes to do is yoga. She tells Muscle and Fitness that this helps her recover. “It’s very difficult to lift heavy alongside professional wrestling so I started taking up yoga just because in the past year or so, doing the powerlifting competitions with wrestling has just been crazy. With the yoga, I’ve been trying to get my body back into feeling better.”
5. She Weight Trains
One thing Grace does to stay in shape is weight and strength training. She shares a lot of videos on Instagram of herself using weights at the gym.
