One thing that Canseco does to stay motivated in the gym is listen to a good playlist. “Music is really like my therapy,” she tells Us Weekly. “So anything that’s pretty much music-involved gets your head in the game. I listen to literally everything. So if I’m working out it’s a mix of, like, Eminem is definitely my pump-up song. He’s the best, he’s one of my favorite rappers ever. And 50 Cent — like, definitely more hardcore things that get me into that kind of, like, ego-driven mind space, you know what I mean? Like, ‘Go hard, I can do this, I’m the best, I can do this,’ blah blah blah.”

Maya Nazor says she wanted to be famous ever since she was a little girl, and it shows with her confidence in front of the camera. Nazor posted pictures of herself lounging on the ground, wearing a tiny black bathing suit that set off her bright red hair. “Hermosa,” commented one admirer. “Gracias hermosa♥️,” Nazor responded. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Nazor stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves to Dance

One look at Nazor’s social media confirms her love of dance. “When you begin moving, you immediately release the brain chemicals dopamine, adrenaline, and endorphins, causing a powerful and lasting effect I call ‘energized optimism,’” says Kelly McGonigal, PhD, author of The Joy of Movement. “The adrenaline makes you feel powerful, the dopamine generates hope, and the endorphins bring you joy. You’ve created this amazing cocktail that boosts your mood and energy, leads you to experience better social interactions, makes you more likely to progress on your goals, and lowers stress. So dancing doesn’t just make you feel great in the moment. It sets you up to be a better version of yourself.”

2. She Travels Around the World

Nazor is passionate about visiting new places. “Foreign experiences increase both cognitive flexibility and depth and integrativeness of thought, the ability to make deep connections between disparate forms,” says Adam Galinsky, a professor at Columbia Business School. “The key, critical process is multicultural engagement, immersion, and adaptation. Someone who lives abroad and doesn’t engage with the local culture will likely get less of a creative boost than someone who travels abroad and really engages in the local environment.”

3. Self-Confidence

Nazor says she was born to be in front of the camera, and feels confident about being an influencer. “The truth is, I’ve always enjoyed speaking a lot in front of the camera and I can speak easily. As a kid, I pretended I had a TV channel and my own program. It’s a way of expressing myself,” she says.

4. Post Baby Body

Nazor welcomed son Luka last summer, and embraced her post-baby body. "Remind yourself of the miracle you just performed," says Chaye McIntosh, clinical director at ChoicePoint Health in Fairlawn, New Jersey. "Remind yourself that the baby you are now holding in your arms is worth the stretch marks and belly pouch. Remind yourself that you are beautiful just the way you are. And remember that your baby needs a strong, self-assured, and dedicated parent—not just one with a flat tummy."

5. She Loves the Pool

Nazor enjoys being in the water, both in the swimming pool and in the ocean. “Research has shown that being near, in, on or under water can provide a long list of benefits for our mind and body, including lowering stress and anxiety, increasing an overall sense of well-being and happiness, a lower heart and breathing rate, and safe, better workouts,” says marine biologist Wallace J. Nichols.

1. She Learned From Her Parents

Canseco opened up about her career to FashionWeekOnline. She says that having famous parents has taught her many things about the industry. “Being raised in the industry has definitely taught me a lot about my communications skills and work ethic,” Canseco says. “Having parents like them to look up to has done nothing but inspire me to be the best I can be, and to also be kind and patient with my success. Whether it’s learning from their accomplishments, or failures, I am grateful to have been raised with them as my family.”

2. She Shakes It Off

Canseco tells FashionWeekOnline that she makes sure to stay professional, even when she doesn’t always feel great. “Sometimes you just are not in a good mood, and that’s okay, but it is extremely important to keep it as professional as possible when you are in your work environment,” Canseco explains. “I am no angel; I have definitely had my bad days, but I am so incredibly blessed to do what I do, and whenever I feel a bit frustrated or impatient, I remind myself of the opportunity I have in front of me, and it helps to refresh my perspective.”

3. She Has Supportive Friends

Canseco tells FashionWeekOnline that she makes sure to have supportive people in her life. In particular, she values her friendships. “I have definitely seen a few friendships fizzle out because of lack of upkeep, but I do my best to keep my original core group of friends close at all times. I hang around the people I’ve been around since I was 14, and our friendship is so strong that no matter how long we are apart for, whenever we’re reunited, it is like we never separated. Those are the kinds of friendships I appreciate most in my life.”

4. She’s Motivated

Canseco is an extremely motivated person. She tells FashionWeekOnline that her main motivation is wanting to be independent. “It is extremely important to me that I am able to support myself and have control over my own life. I never want to depend on anyone else for what I need, and that keeps me hungry for work. I also have dreams and goals that I am so passionate about, and if I want to reach them, I need to stay focused and motivated.”

5. She Horseback Rides

Canseco is an avid equestrian. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself riding. In the first photo in this series, she is seen riding. Canseco also posted this set of videos of herself riding, captioning it, “Therapy.” The American Heart Association states that riding has a lot of benefits. “Sitting tall, pushing your legs into the body of your horse ignites the core muscles, which are imperative for balance and posture…In a Texas A&M University study, researchers focused on the amount of energy expended during high-intensity horseback riding. But you need not be roping cattle to burn calories. ‘Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories,” said Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. “If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period.’ Plus, lifting a saddle onto and off the horse’s back, carrying buckets of hay and water to its stall, grooming -- all these burn plenty of calories.”

Fernanda Castillo is an extremely successful actress. She’s still enjoying time on vacation, despite it being October. Castillo shared a new set of beach photos on Instagram. In them, she posed in a red one-piece and sunhat. She captioned the post, “Eternal summer. Canary Islands my love.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Has No Time For Haters

Castillo has no time for critics. She also isn’t afraid to call them out. In August, Castillo called out the haters in this Instagram post. She wrote, “Dedicated to all the badasses who read me and to myself! I am going through one of the most powerful and transformative processes of my life and every day I admire more the fact of being a woman and all my colleagues.”

2. She Hikes

Castillo likes to do a lot of outdoor activities as a way to stay in shape. She shares a lot of different activities on her Instagram. One thing she likes to do is go hiking. Castillo posted this photo of herself and her husband hiking in the mountains in Peru. She captioned the post, “Height kisses.” According to Ace Fitness, “Hiking is cardiovascular in nature, so it can provide great benefit to heart health while also improving blood pressure and blood sugar levels.”

3. She Swims

Another outdoor activity Castillo enjoys doing is swimming. She posted this photo and video on Instagram of herself in an infinity pool. She captioned the post, “Between the sky and the sea. Infinite.” Better Health reports that there are many benefits to swimming. They state, “Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.”

4. She’s Open To Life

Enfermo de Amor - Red CarpetJaime Nogales/Medios y Media/Getty Images

Castillo opened up about what she has learned throughout her career in an interview with Observatory. She says that she is a lot more open to life. “I not only had an actress' vision but also a kind of director's vision; that is, at the same time that I was in a scene, I tried to be outside it, seeing how things happened. Over the years, one learns something that applies in life: ride the wave as it comes.”

5. She Learns From Her Roles

Castillo tells Observatory that she has learned a lot from her different roles. “I spent the first ten years of my career being very shy, believing very little in myself. I used it as a pretext to project myself as an actress, and I would have to ‘sell myself’ to an industry in which I did not believe much (although the truth is that I did not know it). Then a unique project came into my life, the character of Monica Robles, in the series El señor de los cielos.. Monica forced me to feel sexy, beautiful, powerful, owner of her circumstances. I had to create all that for myself for the first time, and I did it through acting. Then I learned that if I could create that in a scene, it was because it was inside me that I had that strength, that claw; above all, I had the power to see myself differently and bring it to life. That happens with the different characters: you see inside yourself, learn about the human condition, and visit many facets of yourself.”

1. She Swims

The primary way that Jannasch stays in shape is by swimming. In high school, she lettered four years at Frisco High School in Dallas where she is from, and was named First Team State all of those years. She has been swimming at LSU for three years and specializes in breaststroke, per her LSU bio.

2. She Prioritizes Her Education

Jadyn might show off her booty, but she also takes care of her brain. The star athlete will be entering her senior year in the fall and majoring in mass communications.

3. She Has a Swimming Buddy – Her Brother

Jadyn clearly grew up with a workout buddy. Her brother, Jack, was also a swimmer at LSU. She says that “the amazing atmosphere, coaches, and the extreme want to be able to swim on the same team as her brother,” is one of the reasons she chose the school. “Last time on the block… and in the water 🥹! Sooo proud!” her father captioned a video of her brother earlier this year.

4. She Models on the Side

Jadyn obviously knows how to pose for the camera. While swimming and getting an education might be her top priority, she also shares modeling photos on the side.

5. She Loves the Hot Tub

In her latest social media posts, Jadyn soaks up the attention of her followers in a hot tub on a boat. Soaking in hot water can help you sleep and even help with minimizing anxiety and depression. One recent study found that baths, which are virtually the same things as jacuzzis, may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
