1. She Loves Barre Workouts

Dunn revealed some of her favorite workouts and wellness secrets in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. She says that one of her favorite ways to exercise is by going to a barre class. “At the moment, I'm doing a lot of barre training. Barre exercise is a mixture of yoga, Pilates and ballet. It uses really small movements but you are using muscles that you never knew existed, so it's really intense. It's all about sculpting and feeling stronger and more toned.”
2. She Loves To Box

Another way Dunn stays in shape is by boxing. She tells Harper’s Bazaar that her brother, who is a personal trainer, introduced her to boxing, and that she’s been a fan ever since. “My brother introduced me to boxing at Kobox, which is such a fun environment. I step into the ring, get my sweat on and feel more energised. It's a fun way for your mind and body to let out stress."
3. She’s Motivated By The Post-Workout Feeling

Everyone needs some form of motivation to workout. For Dunn, that motivation is how she feels after a long gym session. “I know that at the end of the work-out, I'm going to have benefited from it and I'll feel good about myself,” she tells Harper’s Bazaar. “I can't sit down and complain about my body and not do anything about it, so that's what motivates me."
4. She Does Low-Impact Workouts That Focus On One Area Of Her Body

Dunn’s personal trainer, Ashley Verma, opened up about the model’s fitness routine to Body & Soul. Verma says that Dunn likes to focus on certain areas of her body, and doesn’t do super intense workouts. “Jourdan is stunning and her body is strong and contoured in all the right spots, because that’s what we work on,” she says. "She doesn’t do anything drastic, she just holds herself accountable because she knows she’s going to be in front of the public eye."
5. She Does A Variety Of Different Exercises

Verma tells Body & Soul that Dunn likes to do a lot of different workouts. She says that when she does a session with the model, she makes sure to do something different. “Each session I do with her I change it up - abs, lower body or cardio, so when she leaves here she feels like she’s run a 10k,” Verma explained. "She does our Define Barre, Barre Balance and Define Power classes.”
6. She Does Workouts That She Likes

Dunn tells Harper’s Bazaar that one of her fitness secrets is doing exercises that she actually enjoys. “I feel there is no point working out if you're not trying to enjoy it,” she said. “When I'm exercising, I want to be enjoying what I am doing. I used to just go to the gym and use the machines which I liked, but I need other things, like boxing and Pilates, to keep me interested."
