It’s the annual Miami Swim Week, which means several models are flocking to the city to walk for different brands. Joy Corrigan is working with the brand Naked Species, and just shared a new Instagram collaboration with them. In it, she posed in a strapless bikini with different shades of blue hearts. 1. She Does Cardio
Corrigan revealed some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Women Fitness. She says that she does a lot of cardio to stay in shape. “I love to include cardio into my daily routine. Jogging or walking is my favorite.”
2. She Practices Yoga

In addition to cardio, Corrigan also does a lot of stretching and flexibility. She tells Women Fitness that this is a reason she likes to practice yoga. “My top 5 stretches are downward dog, splits, backbends, toe touches, and any other easy yoga moves. Recently I have been using the ALO Moves app to learn new stretches!”
3. She Stays Hydrated Before & After Working Out

Corrigan makes sure to both prepare and recover her body when she works out. She tells Women Fitness, “Before a workout, I try to ensure I’m hydrated with plenty of water and electrolytes. I often consume ketones for an extra boost. After my workouts, I love to make a smoothie loaded with organic berries, almond butter, frozen acai, spinach, celery, cucumber, and a little protein or collagen.”
4. She Eats Healthy

When it comes to her diet, Corrigan focuses on eating healthy. She tells Women Fitness, “I’ve found that there is no single secret to a slim torso. For me, it comes from hard work and consistently eating healthy, while limiting processed foods as much as possible.”
5. She Limits Her Snacking

Corrigan broke down her wellness secrets in an interview with Husskie. She says that she doesn’t like to eat between meals, and opts for enjoying a smoothie or another beverage. “I try not to snack too much in the afternoon, I like to save my appetite for dinner!”
